So far I’ve had excellent service from John Owen’s and have no reason to believe it will change going forward. Beginning with Anita, in the scheduling and information department-she was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient in explaining answers to my questions. She was my first point of contact and that experience gave me the confidence to move forward. Then Cody, the service technician, came to the house and he was great too. He was professional, efficient with his use of time, he explained things to me about the system in ways that helped me fully understand. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system, and again instilling more confidence to continue to work with them. I am very grateful to have found them and that they’ve been available at this demanding time of year for air conditioning servicing! I highly recommend their services.
