Viktor is great. We have a blocked chimney and cannot easy to identify and Viktor had try hard to figure out the issue and fixed it. From the error code it look like some electrical or electronic issue but n. He climb up the roof, checked all conduit and finally found the blocked area and cleaned it. Problem fixed. Even after the furnace is working again, Viktor checked all the vents make sure that we have the correct heat temperature. Thanks Viktor.

Every once in a while everybody will have an appliance that needs repair. For several years I have relied upon Fuse Appliance Repair because they are professional, knowledgeable and do what they say. I found their charges to be reasonable and results are always satisfactory. I recommend them without reservation.

Have used Fuse twice. Both times they arrived either early or on time. The technician knew exactly what he was doing and promptly identified and fixed the problems. This was for both gas furnace and electric AC. The price was fair as well. Will definitely call them again when needed.

I don't know if they are reasonable priced cause I didn't compare. When they always charge to come out, you tend to use that money to apply for the repair. Cost about $1300 to replace the external fan.

Our range hood was not working, they came out even at dark to check it, gave me an estimate. About a week later, came out to fix it. Smooth operation.

The only problem was the communication. They called twice the same day by two different person mentioning that they have to change the appt because defective parts received then the next day they said they can still come on scheduled date. When I called back they said it was cancelled then they called me back said it was ok to be done on scheduled date. It was confusing but when they came out, they got the job done.

Sergey was very responsive and professional. He thoroughly explained the issue with the dryer and completed the job with professional care. I would highly recommend this business and Sergey.

Felix did a great job diagnosing and inspecting my washer and dryer. It ended up being too old and rusty to repair(washer), and the dryer would have cost more than half the price of a new one to fix. But, I felt confident he did a good job finding these facts out, and he was on time and polite.

I had used Fuse appliance for at least 4 times for the last few years. This time Alex came 15 mins earlier on schedule to fix a 13 years old washer. He took his time to clean up the water...and discovered the control board was damaged beyond repair and then checked online part price is too expensive than a new machine. So he could not fix it but did not charge me after spending the time. Greatly appreciated!! Will continue to use Fuse appliance and would recommend their services!!

I had a Bosch microwave with a door that refused to open. Sergey came, diagnosed my problem and solved my issue. He's patient, very low key and thoroughly explained what he observed and how he solved my problem. I found him honest and very straight forward. Without hesitation, I'd call him again for future applicance problems.

Sergey was efficient and knowledgeable instead of a high repair bill he removed a peppercorn from a release valve on my dishwasher, Charged me a fair service fee and cleaned up and left.
