Andrew was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and honest. His knowledge of appliances throughout the house and insight into models and their repairability is worth the cost of any service he may provide since it's more than likely to reduce your TCO of any appliance you own.. highly recommended and glad to have found our service technician for now and the future.

We had a great experience with ADRIUM. We had a failed dryer, heating element needed replacing. I expected this was the case but needed a repair expert. Our fridge ice maker also having some issues. I emailed Ardium about 8 PM, after trying make do with no ryer for 2 days. They had their technician Andrew available the next afternoon.
Andrew was punctual, super professional and very knowledgeable.
He explained the repairs needed to our dryer in very good and helpful detail.
He also made recommendations for our fridge to mitigate potential issues later.
He recommended some cleaning, lubrication and preventative maintenance for our dryer along with replacing the failed part, which we agreed.
He was efficient but also very thorough, and given the time he required to do the work, we got a great value for the money.
We are very pleased to have found ADRIUM and highly recomme d them. We will definitely use them again next time we need appliance or HVAC help.

Called Andrew for a washer repair, he was there the next morning. Unfortunately the washer wasn't the problem, it was the drain line ! He cut me a break on the diagnostic fee after completely checking the washer ! If I ever need any appliance repair I won't hesitate to call ADRIUM again !

Andrew with Adrium is a true professional. I initially contacted him via Thumbtack along with 2 other business late at night to get the process going. He replied early the next day and I was fortunate in that he could come by to diagnose the problem with my broken GE double oven that same day. He checked the error code and did some testing and went back to his office to review the necessary parts he would order. He gave me a game plan which included ordering some extra parts in case there were multiple problems and said he would only use the necessary parts and charge labor based on what was used. He is prompt, professional and clear about what he’ll be doing. I will definitely use Adrium again if I have problems with other appliances in my home.

Our fridge broke down, I contacted Adrium services and Andrew responded promptly. He came in an hour and provided a way to go about getting compressor from the manufacturer. As soon as I got authorization letter from manufacturer, Andrew was able to come in the same day and he fixed my refrigerator. It works well now.

Top notch service Andrew very professional. Ordered the parts for NEW OVEN broiler and light replaced them and working like new. Service repairs come with a 6 month warranty. Timely efficient HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Our washer broke down in the middle of washing this past Sat. We called Andrew and immediately he came to fix it. He is very knowledgeable and know the issue right away. Andrew was great. I was able to schedule an appointment on the same day to repair our Samsung Dryer that stopped heating. He promptly came at the scheduled time for diagnostic assessment and was able to identify the issue and gave me a reasonable quote. He had all the parts and with 2 hours , the job was done. Dryer heat was back! Happy with the service and I will definitely be calling Andrew again.

I had a clothes dryer start knocking, squeaking and pinging over the weekend. I emailed Andrew on Sunday and had a time scheduled for Monday. He arrived early and had the problem diagnosed and a corrective plan in fifteen minutes. He had the dryer repaired in under an hour and saved me countless dollars on a replacement. Easily the best appliance repair experience I've ever had! Got a same day appt to fix my dryer when every other company couldn't see me for 2-3 days. Then he came out exactly on time and was able to fix the machine on the spot! He had all the parts available and ready to go for our Samsung dryer. He now has a customer for life! Thanks so much!

Andrew is great! My dryer was no longer getting hot so after looking for options on Google I was able to schedule him for the next morning. He disassembled the unit, diagnosed the issue, had all the parts needed, and had it fixed within an hour. He also guarantees all his work for 90 days. I would highly recommend him for any repairs needed to your household appliances.

I was in desperate need for a good, reliable and trustworthy refrigeration repair service for my flower shop after another service really screwed me over! With much hesitation I called Adrium, and came out with the BEST experience!! Andrew and Nick both went above and beyond to service both my walk-in and display coolers (Both, of which are 35 years old now)! Andrew was able to fix the display cooler and the walk-in cooler really needed to be replaced. I had heard from other florists, about a CoolBot system that works with an Air Conditioner, allowing it to cool to much lower temps. Traditional walk-in cooler refrigeration systems cost several thousands with installation and electrical setup, which uses lots of coolant (bad for the environment), a big motor, and multiple fans (which can account for up to 60% of the cost of operating electricity). After mentioning it to Andrew, he researched it and agreed to modify my cooler and install the CoolBot system for me. I am so happy with the new system and it saved me from the huge expense of a new traditional refrigeration system. Andrew exceeded my expectations in every way!! I will be using him in the future for sure if I need any kind of repair service!!
