Andrew is very friendly and professional. He really knows what he is doing. He even came out on the weekend and found the issue. I’m very happy with his service and we will definitely call him again.

Andrew is super responsive to the service inquiry. He came to help repair the AC on the same day as I requested it, and he spent the time to make sure it’s fixed properly and everything is working as expected. He is also very knowledgeable about the HVAC & warranties and gave lots of great tips about appliances maintenance. I would highly recommend him and definitely use his service again in the future.

Andrew is fantastic! I have an LG Dryer that was spinning but with no heat. I was able to get a next-day appointment. Andrew was on-time, explained what was included in the service call, and asked clarifying questions before beginning in order to have a better understanding of how to approach the issue.

After disassembling the dryer and diagnosing the cause, he showed me specifically where the issues were and what would be needed (parts and labor) to fix it. The quote was very reasonable and the dryer was repaired within an hour from when he arrived. There is a $50 charge to do the analysis and diagnostic tests (pretty standard for this activity), which is then waived if recommended repair is made.

Please consider Andrew for your appliance (washer, dryer, dishwasher, etc.) repairs!

Andrew has come out twice for two separate issues now. He is prompt, courteous, efficient, and friendly. He is incredibly knowledgeable and will work to find a solution. The pricing and estimates are transparent, competitive, and fair.

I got Andrew /Adrium’s information for my microwave repair a few months ago from a good friend and can’t say enough good things about Andrew from his professionalism, his availability, his work, and his pricing. Five stars from me. Today he came to fix my dryer after texting him concerns about it in the morning and he came in the afternoon to repair it. We had Andrew come out to diagnose and fix our Thermador oven and he was great. Always on time, quick, friendly, professional, all around a great experience and will use again in the future.

I highly recommend Andrew for your dryer or other appliance issues. He came out and adjusted the dryer drum and replaced a few rollers. He guarantees his work for up to 6 months. Since he came out less than 6 months ago to replace the dryer heater coil, he didn’t charge me for the adjustment he performed today. He is very knowledgeable and is very fair with his prices. Thumbs Up!!!!

I recently bought a house that came with a washer and dryer. The dryer is a bit of an older model so within the first few months, the drum stopped turning. Andy replied quickly and scheduled me the next day. The repair was fast and he even went above and beyond by replacing another old part that was on the verge of breaking as well. Also being unfamiliar with appliance repair, I really appreciate how Andy walked me through some tips for self-repair and general on my other appliances. Overall, quite literally the best repair service I've encountered and will definitely book with them again for any and all future repairs!

My indoor ice dispenser stopped working and called Andrew. His response time was outstanding and came within 2 hours. Diagnosed the problem which required ordering parts. Two days later he called to install part and then fixed another problem that was not in his quote. Andrew is the man to call! He is honest, personable and an amazing technician. Andrew at Adrium Service Solutions was amazing! He came out same day, diagnosed the problem with my AC and even repaired the unit. He took extra care with my space and made sure to check the freon levels. His professionalism and workmanship is beyond expectations. He had all the necessary parts needed and worked efficiently to get our AC back working. I highly recommend this company and Andrew specifically. He is so knowledgeable, helpful, and provides a warranty on parts and services! Job well done for a great price. He's also an expert on repairing other appliances. I'll definitely be using him in the future!

Andrew was wonderful! He has been to my house for broken appliances twice now and we have nothing but rave reviews. Andrew was honest and extremely knowledgeable about every appliance in my home. He fixed a squeaky dryer for a very fair price in under an hour. He’s always prompt, cleans up after himself and is very kind and respectful. He’s the only person I will use moving forward for all my appliance servicing.

Our AC was running but was not cooling at all. Andrew replied really fast to my message and scheduled the appointment same day. He was very professional and knowledgeable and fixed our AC problem right away. We highly recommend him for any AC issues.

I can say many amazing things about this company. Andrew was very polite, timely and informative. He explained everything in a way that anyone can understand. He assessed the problem quickly and came up with a solution. I didn’t have to explain that I was worried about pricing he gave me the best price. I know so because I had two other services companies come to give me a diagnostic and they quoted me twice the amount that Andrew did. He was able to contact the manufacturer and work with them. No other company did that. Also he had the part in stock and I didn’t have to wait days to have the part ordered then installed. Andrew installed it within 24hrs. I highly recommend Adrium/Andrew and I will use him in the future.

Awesome service and Andrew is very knowledgeable about all appliances in our house. He fixed the broken compressor, helped us with the warranty part and had it fixed and running in less than 3hrs. This was a big job with special equipment to fix and Andrew worked on a Saturday of a three day weekend! ADRIUM and Andrew will now be our GOTO repairmen!
