Vince was out today to look at a buzzing noise on my Rinnai tankless water heater that's been going on for 3 years. Three previous plumbers looked at it but all could not fix it. He was able to diagnose and fix the issue in a couple of hours for a very reasonable price. He also replaced the bad check valve. I finally can't hear a buzzing noise 2 floors up every 15 minutes every day. Thank you, Vince!

Vince did a great job servicing my tankless water heater that stopped working with an error code. He was able to come on the same day, and gave me all sorts of useful information while he was fixing it. He even fixed up the sub-par installation of the recirculation pump that I had, just because he happened to notice it. Will definitely call him again next time I need something done!

I contacted VIP plumbing because my tankless water heater has error message 11 and stop working. The owner Vince immediately picked up the phone and showed up at the same day. When he came he just told me that clean it will fix the problem without even looking at the my heater. He is so honest and professional. And the fee for one hour cleaning is very fair and reasonable. Unlike the other guy from other company who trying to sell me a brand new water heater, Vince opened my heater and check everything, telling me that the part looks good, no need to replace the new heater which will cost me thousands of dollars. The whole process is smooth and he is very experienced with the job he is doing. Highly recommended to the other people.

Roto rooter technician arrived earlier and provided fast, efficient, and courteous service. I couldn't have been happier. The sewer pipe was clogged and sewage water was coming out of the toilets. He was able to un-clogged the pipe using a high pressure watersystem which also cleaned up the sewage pipe leading out into the street. The tech was very nice and pleasant. I would definitely use him again. Thanks Terrance!
