I asked about getting a new log set for our unvented firebox in San Ysidro because the pilot light kept going out. Samuel came out to take a look and quickly found that the pilot assembly was the real issue. Instead of needing a whole new log set, he replaced the pilot valve for a much lower cost. Now our fireplace works perfectly, and we’re really pleased with the service!

The two technicians who came to my home today did an amazing job! Jonah and Erick quickly figured out why my fireplace pilot light wasn’t working and got it running again in no time. They didn’t just stop at repairs—they also did a thorough chimney sweep, using brushes to get dust out of hard-to-reach spots and made sure everything was spotless by vacuuming up all the debris. I’m completely satisfied with their work and professionalism. Next time I need chimney or fireplace help, I’ll definitely be calling White Bright Chimney Sweeps again. Highly recommend!
