We had the great pleasure and luck to have Ms Nora assigned to packout our home here in San Jose. From the start she was professional, personable and gave both my husband and I a sense of reassurance that everything was going to be OK and they are here to help. Nora is hardworking ,organized and thorough with all tasks, respectful of the property and made sure there was no trash and tidied the work areas before end of day and was excellent in communicating any matters needing attention - you can tell she takes great pride in her work. What impressed me the most was her turning in loose coins jewelry as well as cash that she found under beds, behind dressers and even in the driveway. I’m sure it’s protocol to report fouhd/missing iteme to the owner of the home, but just knowing that your team is honest and trustworthy gave us a whole sense of peace of mind. F1rsteam should be proud to have Nora representing your company exceptionally well!

Huge shoutout to Omar and Robert. They showed up with smiles on their faces and worked nonstop for 3 days packing out my mom’s flooded house. They were so kind and professional and made a very stressful situation easier!

By far the best premium craftsmanship with the most modern technology in the area for stone fabrication and installation and tile.

Did a perfect job demolishing my old countertops and backsplash and installing/fabricating new Ceasarstone counters and tiled backsplash. Absolutely beautiful work. They were also very professional about scheduling and working with me to ensure as little kitchen downtime as possible...really appreciated that extra effort. Highly recommend!

I had a bad customer service experience with PJS. They took my sink and faucet to build a bathroom vanity top/backsplash for me. When I went to put in the faucet after the vanity top installation, the knob hit the backsplash so you couldn't get full temperature range. When I complained, the text response back I got was, "That's the closest I could bring the sink to the front edge. So you'll have to change the faucet." There was no apology, no attempt to remedy the situation. Nor was there an attempt during the construction to come up with another solution, or to notify me that the faucet would not work. It left me feeling angry and frustrated.

They did a fabulous job with our new counter tops and back splash. The product was quarzite & they matched the counter top veins in the stone to the back splash. They were very accommodating when we had to suddenly cancel the install due to some electrical issues. Their installers were very efficient and did an excellent job. I highly recommend them.
