Danny came by today to check on our tankless water heater. He couldn’t have been more pleasant, knowledgeable or accommodating and gave us our one year checkup. What a pleasure. Danny is a true professional and even his truck is impeccably clean. Dave continues to be the plumbing brainiac and Trish continues to be the company Rockstar!!!!

Been using these guys for nearly four years now for regular tankless water heater descaling. Also a new toilet install and a sediment filter and an under sink RO filter. I’ve had at least four different people here over the years and each of them has been excellent. Always skilled, friendly and on time. Trish back at the office is always great too. 8/2024 Update -We just completed the final phase of the project that included a shower valve replacement, shower fixtures, and bath sink fixtures. We also recently completed the install of the expansion tank.

All jobs were completed by Danny and the work was done well, within the time and amount that was quoted, and with the utmost patience and care.

Communication with Trish (office) and Danny was excellent throughout and they were great working with my schedule to get the job done. To top it all off, Danny left my house neat and clean and was kind enough to send me text updates to let me know the jobs were done.

Now I have new fixtures that work beautifully (and look so nice), constant even water pressure (no matter what the city does with the pressure throughout the day), and NO WATER HAMMER. It's heaven. Highly recommend this great team.

Punctual, friendly, tidy, knowledgeable. We're starting a multi-step project on my new home and just finished the install of a pressure reducer and regulators on all hose bibs. Danny did a beautiful job on the pressure reducer on the main line - a copper work of art! He was kind enough to wait for me to get back to my house to explain everything he did and answer my questions. He followed up quickly with an estimate for part 2 - the expansion tank - and I'll post an update after that is complete. I appreciate their dedication to getting my plumbing issues resolved and timeliness in getting me estimates and quotes. I've worked with Trish, Dave, and Danny so far - all helpful and professional. Looks like I've found my plumbers!

Brandon worked very hard to determine the problem with our tankless water heater. He eventually solved the problem and it is working well.

Dave came to our home to determine why our tankless water heater was leaking. He got the leaked stopped and then expressed his opinion about the state of our heater and why it needs replacing. He was respectful and answered all our questions. I liked his straight forward manner and pleasant personality. He is professional and knowledgeable about the products he sells. Precision Plumbing is a good company to deal with.

I have used the services of Dave Warren at Precision Plumbing since 2010. Most importantly they are knowledgeable, careful and honest. I've had them replace the pressure regulator on my house, install a tankless water heater, replace our furnace and a number of other smaller jobs since then.
