I'd read the great reviews of OC Builders before deciding to go with them, and honestly, even though I let myself be swayed by them, I still thought they sounded too good to be true. But in fact, having recently completed a renovation of my condo, including the kitchen and two bathrooms, I'm joining the club and adding my rave review. While there were definitely hiccups along the way, Moe was never anything but helpful, professional and -- most importantly, and I can't stress this enough -- RESPONSIVE AT EVERY TURN. I've heard enough horror stories from friends and family who went through renovations and constantly had to track down and wait for their contractors, so I feared the worst. But from the very outset, starting with the interview process when I was deciding which contractor to go with and continuing through every step of the way, Ron responsiveness was even better than I expected. The longest I think I ever waited for a return call or text was a couple hours, and I was always incredibly grateful for that. All of his workers were also completely professional in every respect, and did excellent work. I recommend them without hesitation.

Our family interviewed a couple of contractors to help us remodel our guesthouse. From the start, Moe came with a professional and exciting energy that made us feel comfortable with going with OC Builders. Moe was upfront about what he thought was possible/safe and you knew he was paying attention because he always brings a pad full of notes on the project! Although OC Builders was not the lowest quote, we appreciated the reasonable, itemized and thorough estimate!

For this particular project, we had our guesthouse's kitchen, flooring, and bathroom redone. The remodel looks immaculate! The best part about working with Moe and OC Builders was their dedication to quality and speed (it was not one or the other). I've worked with other contractors and they were NEVER on schedule. I was shocked at how quickly they moved through the house. However, I also really appreciated Moe`s dedication to quality. Our piping was completely outdated and Gal automatically updated the piping because his team didn't feel comfortable with the old piping (I LOVE THAT!) On top of that, Gal was great about communicating timelines, expectations, and questions with me. I'm usually at work during business hours so Moe was great through e-mail and text which I really needed to complete this project.

With any project there can always be hiccups. Moe and team never try to deflect blame or make excuses. I think this is extremely important and speaks volumes to their character. Moe always tries to make all things right. This is why I will be working with them again in the future! Do not hesitate to give them a call! I wanted OC Builders to know how pleased we are with the work done at our Thousand Oaks home. The master bathroom renovation was so well done by wonderful people, feels like you are in a 5 star hotel when you step in there. Moe and his crew were efficient, diligent and hardworking from the start of the paperwork all the way thru punchlist. After researching several companies, I decided to go with OC Builders Group for my garage conversion. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. We hired OC Builders for our major home remodel. When I say major, I mean MAJOR. Only one wall of the house remained untouched. Everything else was either shortened, knocked down, expanded or modified. While taking on a major remodel in the middle of a pandemic and supply shortage wasn't ideal, OC Builders certainly
did all they could to help get us to the finish line and went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of when things went sideways or were outside of anyone's control. Great team, and just good people
overall.

We just finished our addition (added our master bedroom and bathroom) and I could not be more pleased with the OC Builder team… b/c of COVID my husband and I along with our two littles lived in the house the entire time virtually learning and working, this team went above and beyond to keep our home clean and our project on time. They understood my vision and their designers brought our project to life… new roof, new floors, removed a wall, added new duel shower, master bedroom and French doors to our backyard. This team made our biggest project yet possible and we are so thankful for how beautiful and functional our home is!

We worked with OC Builders to remodel our kitchen. The experience was really wonderful! Our project manager Moe Gispam made the whole process incredibly easy.

It started with the design phase. They were very easy to work with, and brought in a really skilled designer to help us bring our vision to life. They were also very patient as we went through several iterations of the design.

Once the work commenced, the process went very smoothly. They sectioned off that part of the house, took care of all the permits, and they sent us a nightly updates including photos. It was a very great way to be in touch every step of the way.

The various workers for the different trades were also a pleasure to work with. They were conscientious of us and our space. They worked at an incredible pace without the work quality suffering.

Overall the process went a lot quicker than we anticipated. We are incredibly thrilled with the results, and plan on working with OC Builders on future projects. We strongly recommend them.

First and foremost, if OC Builders said they were going to do something, I slept well at night knowing they would. I cannot overstate how nice it was to never worry if things would get done. We never worried about crews showing up or work being done. People always showed up when they were scheduled to and we were always kept up to date on any scheduling changes.

From start to finish, OC Builders Group's communication with us was excellent. There was a daily text sharing the work done that day, the plan for the next day, and the crew's expected arrival time. Any questions or concerns we had were promptly responded to within the group text. Almost without fail, when we sent a text with a question or request, Brianda or Evan would respond within a few hours. It was impressive and an extremely nice experience.

Rob and Brian worked with communicating what needed to be done with the crews and were both always willing to answer our questions and brainstorm solutions to the hiccups that come with doing construction.

Haim, our project manager, was a DREAM to work with. He always listened to our concerns and made sure they were addressed. It often felt like we didn't even need to fully explain our thoughts because he was so in-tune and just "got it" before we even said anything. Whenever we needed something, Haim made it happen. We would work with Haim again in a heartbeat.

When things went wrong, OC Builders was quick to remedy the issue. They were proactive in finding solutions and ultimately always made sure we were comfortable with the resolution. When we wanted things done differently or fixed, OC Builders fixed them without ever pushing back or complaining--no matter how major or minor the issue was. When a delay beyond their control happened, they re-worked the construction schedule and timeline to minimize the impact of the delay and keep things moving. When the paint in the corner of our dining room didn't turn out the way we wanted, they came back to fix it.

Overall, we are so pleased with how everything turned out and very grateful that our experience with OC Builders was a positive one--from our first consultation to our final walkthrough.

For starters, we love our new home and the work that OC builders group has done! It was our first time renovating a home so we were pretty lost and intimidated and had trouble finding the design/ layout we wanted to go with. Almara who drafts the 3D designs helped us plan out everything and helped us shape our home. The actual construction process did start off bumpy since there were a few parties involved which lead to miscommunication. Luckily John and Moe were able to step in and get everything back on track! John set clear expectations and was always available for a phone call and always picked up when I called which is a plus in my book :). I could sense johns sense of urgency and his determination to get us to the finish line and am overall happy with the process. I’d definitely recommend OC Builders group to anyone that needs a home remodel!

These individuals resemble wizards using hammers and paintbrushes. My old, worn-out area was transformed into a stunning, contemporary work of art by them. They have excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail. You won't want to leave, I promise, unless it's to show off your incredible remodel to all of your friends. We had OC builders remodel our restroom and we choose them because our initial impression with Dor was very professional and friendly. They are very thorough in the remodel processing, including keeping us updated through the whole project. Our project supervisor Eric was very helpful and went out of his way to suggest items we were missing for the project. The workers were also very professional, respectful and cleaned up after their work everyday. We would use them again for future projects.

I'd highly recommend OC Builders (ask for Moe!) They helped us with our complete remodel, specifically helping us navigate the design and layouts to get our master bathroom and kitchen updated. In particular, the 3D design renderings were the most detailed and realistic compared to other contractor's rendering. This helped me and my wife make style decisions with confidence. I first contacted OC Builders, on March to get an estimate for my kitchen and bathroom, they weren't the cheapest but me and my wife just had a feeling that they would that best work. And we were right, Our kitchen came out more then we can imagine, they provided a 3D design, and we went back and back, until my wife approved, only then the work started.
From the demo crew to the tile guys,plumbers,drywallers,painters,cabinet guys, granite guys, they were all top of the notch.

We needed a Pergola/Patio cover installed over our back deck and arranged for OC Builders to come by our home for an estimate.

I had some general markings around the deck and on the exterior of the house for the dimensions I was looking for.

Moe arrived and stayed with us for a long while. I asked many questions and had a bunch of nit-picky design requests. He assured us that all of my concerns would be addressed and was able to give us a quote before he left.

It took the 2 man crew only about 3 (non-consecutive) days to complete the job. I was surprised at how much got done at the end of each day. The entire job was done by the end of the week.

They were friendly, timely, answered all my questions and honored a drawing that I had created that called for specific design details.

Although a structure like this isn't too complicated as far as home remodeling is concerned, the guys did very good work and did it quickly.

Our new Pergola looks just as I had drawn it out and my wife and I are very happy. If you need a Pergola/Patio cover, we'd definitely recommend

It's never ideal to be without a kitchen & laundry for 5 months but we'd do it again with OC Builders in a heartbeat. They are a well oiled machine - very organized, reliable, communicative, and will remedy any mistakes. We absolutely LOVE our new kitchen and apparently we are not the only ones. Their quality of work is topnotch. We will definitely miss working with them - shoutout to Rob, Brianda, Evan, Stacey, Israel.

I am beyond thrilled with my bathroom renovations. OC Builders Group did two bathrooms in my home. They cleaned up after each day and treated my home with respect. They provided excellent communication, and answered all my questions. Team was available by text or phone whenever I needed anything. The guys were so helpful during the planning phase. The whole crew were fantastic during the project. I would definitely use again for my next job.

The OC Builders Group is a very professional team that responds right away if you have any questions or concerns before, during, and after the project. My kitchen is completely finished and very functional. They even gave me a free consultation regarding plans to redo our living room (including the fireplace), staircase, as well as painting the interior of the house. I followed through with it as I was pleased with their work on the kitchen. Now, it seems like I've bought a brand new house!

I can't wait to see their work in the future as we have plans to renovate the bathroom in the master bedroom (in two weeks!!). Moe already gave me ideas on how we can plan it out and I'm so excited to see the finished product! I know for sure it's going to turn out beautiful!

We recently remodeled the kitchen and guest bathroom in addition to getting the deck repaired. OC builders were very professional and did a fabulous job. We are very happy with the final outcome. From start to finish they were responsible, committed and took accountability for all the work.
