These guys don’t have a ton of Google reviews yet, but they do have a lot of reviews on Yelp, which gave me some confidence in trying them out. I had Chat GPT give me suggestions for the best cleaners near me, and Santel Super Maids was one of the suggestions!

We had them come clean our large house for Lunar New Year, and they definitely saved us a lot of time and energy.

They’re a relatively small company, which I actually appreciated. You’re able to communicate directly with the owner instead of dealing with a big corporate chain. It feels much more personal.

One thing I really respected was their sense of responsibility and integrity. We had scheduled a deep clean of the house, which is what they specialize in. Later in the day it started getting dark, and some of the darker areas of the house and the exterior were harder for the cleaners to see. Eventually it got too dark to continue. I called Maria to explain the situation, and she immediately said it was no problem and that we didn’t have to pay that day. She offered to have the cleaners come back another day to finish the job.

True to her word, they came back and completed the areas that couldn’t be finished the first time. I really appreciated that they stood by their work and followed through.

Overall, the cleaning quality was good and the communication with Maria was good. Communication between the owner and the cleaning team themselves could maybe be improved a little bit. There were a couple areas we really wanted prioritized (like the kitchen hood), but I don't think the message was fully passed along.

That said, overall it was a positive experience and I’d be open to working with them again. Thank you Maria and team!
