Insulation Contractor reviews in Santa Ana, California

Mark was extremely personable and professional. The workers were prompt, upgraded our attic insulation and worked extremely hard on a very hot day. We are very pleased with the results.

Andrew came out on time. Gave me excellent advice about my situation in my attic. He is very polite respectful and honest !!! Didn’t feel taken advantage of at all during the visit. Highly recommend this company and asking for ANDREW!

Attic Construction sent their technician Jeffrey to evaluate my attic space. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He gave a call about half hour before the appointment and was very punctual. Excellent service.

After four months of dealing with five different pest control companies and getting no results I found attic construction. Darren the technician came on time and fixed the last remaining entry points for me on the spot. I would recommend this company to anyone.

The guys (Eusebio, Domingo, Miguel) arrived promptly on time, kept working well the whole day and did a hell of a job finding out how the rodents were getting in, and made sure everything was done properly. Would recommend for anyone dealing with unwanted house guests in the attic.

Good experience end to end for our attic insulation replacement. Craig was great to partner with. The crews were prompt and workmanlike. If you need this kind of work done give them a shot.

Jason did a thorough inspection to determine whether any work was needed.

I called Attic Construction for an inspection due to possible rodent activity. Darren the tech came right on time and was very professional, he determined we only had activity around the entrance and took care of it free of charge! We will be recommending Darren and Attic construction to all our neighbors.

Attic construction was on time and was professional. I met Darren the day before and he was patient and provided a fair price to clean my attic, added rodent protection and sanitized my attic. I’m very pleased with the work completed!

Kevin and his team were great! They just finished my phase one of rodent-proofing, removal of insulation, removal of rodent waste, and installed meshes for entry points. Kevin is patient and he kindly answered my concerns about the entry points. The team cleaned up everything and moved back the furniture. Thank you for the work!

We were purchasing a house and when we were doing an inspection we found out there was a rodent problem in the attic. It looks like it has been going on for quite some time and gotten pretty bad. After taking a look at a few companies in the area we decided to go to with Attic Construction, since they were super response and were familiar with rodent issues to this extent. I am so glad we choose them. They were professional, timely and knowledge. They answered all my questions patiently. I would highly recommend their team!

Jeff and Jorge from attic Construction OC we’re fantastic . Jeff came to my home on Tuesday and by Thursday we’re in full swing of a big attic re-insulation and clean up job. We couldn’t be more pleased with how knowledgeable and thorough this team was and how friendly and respectful they were during the time they were working in our home. I highly recommend d them for the quality of their work and fair pricing.

Outstanding customer service! I had them out 11 months ago and they did a great job. I recently had a recurrence and they came out the same day and did some trouble shooting and resolved the issue. I would not hesitate to use them again. Darren Kretzer did an amazing job.

I personally think it's needless to say that Cody and the guys did an excellent job of the attic! Anything that we have had questions about or when we needed extra help, Cody has been very professional, thorough and has been in touch with all our requests. My mom and I feel relieved that Attic Construction has gone above and beyond to help us feel at ease. The continued help has been invaluable. Thank you!

I requested a quote for a crawlspace cleaning work and to make sure there are no potential entry points for rodents. NICK LOGOTETA was the technician, who arrived at the agreed time.

In a very short time, he did a thorough assessment and found a couple of issues: A dead rat that had been under my house for years and a small entry point. He took care of the rat and the hole in that same moment, free of charge.

I'm very pleased with Nick's customer service and proffesionalism. I'm definitely calling Attic Construction for my next project. Recommended.

I paid a bit extra vs competitor because I felt like they would be more thorough. It’s in-house crews. They use a two visit process of remove, block entrances, and clean, then wait to re-insulate after inspecting to make sure there is no more rodent activity. The other company was one and done and just hope, I guess.

Stage one complete, they showed me photos of what was done. It’s all clean and smells good now. Kevin and crew were tidy, efficient and polite. Workmanship looks good, and I’ve personally done construction and insulation work in the past.

Absolutely rock stars! EVERYTHING is documented, from estimate, to prior to start, to job progression, and job completion details, all photographed AND time stamped. Constant clear communication from start to finish as well.
Shout out to Nick as well. He got up to the attic and crawled around for the initial assessment, stopped by to check on the progress, came back to sort out some electrical issue too! He cares about the job being done right and we would recommend Attic Construction to anyone without hesitation!

In my search for Reliable company to replace, disinfect, and repair damages to my attic space. My wife and I were blessed to have been led to Julian Ferlaak. Who works for a well-established and well operated company called Attic Construction. Julian being very confident and instrumental in our decision in hiring Attic Construction. As well as choosing the best they had to offer related to our needs. Being a professional photographer. I've dealt with many contract companies. So time, and the quality of work and execution of a given job, is most important to me. I've found Julian's timing, mannerism and exceptional work ethic in the execution of the work before him and his team. Was nothing short of exceptional. Julian not only reflected a strong desire to do a good job. But appears committed to representing himself and Attic Construction as the most well-groomed and dependable company I've encountered in quite some time. My wife and I can only say how overwhelmingly pleased we are with Julian's line of consistent communication throughout this project. A long with the care and consideration taken from start to finish by Attic Construction. As such. We have already informed and recommended both our family and friends of Julian and the staff of Attic Construction. We pray for the continued prosperity and success to the staff and management of Attic Construction. Special thanks to Julian! An instrument of refined communication and progress. Continued blessings.
