We have been utilizing Betterment Tree Healthcare services and working with Herman Gonzales, for over two years now. There is a reason that they have the word “Better” in their name because based on our experience with highly reputable tree companies, they are better…the best! They are better in assessing the health of trees, better at diagnosing pests and diseases, better at communicating and understanding what and how you want your property landscaping to look. Especially important and often overlooked by other companies is that they sterilize and decontaminate their equipment to ensure tree diseases aren’t spread from one property to another. Hernan and his team have demonstrated time after time excellent customer service, professionalism and responsiveness. Hands down, they are one of the better tree companies out there. We won’t use anyone else!

The end of an era for our lime tree. We're sad to see her go, but she was sick and we had no choice. We are so grateful for Betterment Tree Health Care for not only a great job removing our tree, but also educating us a long the way. We will definitely be using them again in the future.
