I have a very tall tree in my front yard that had too much foliage. Ernie’s crew worked carefully and skillfully to trim the tree according to my request. The work was fast-paced, and the clean up was thorough!

Contacted this company by phone and someone responded quickly to give us an estimate. We accepted the estimate on the spot and asked when they could start. "Next day" was the response. We waited for them to arrive until the afternoon and then made another phone call asking what happened. They said that somehow the communications were mixed up, but they would call us back that day to give us another date. We waited the rest of the day and no response from them. The problem was that we thought we had a contract and a start date, so we stopped others who we had contacted from coming by and wasting their time. Wrong - no one called and it's been weeks since the last communication. My advice is if you have them give you an estimate and a projected start date, have others come to your place for an estimate. These people are unreliable.

I recently had the pleasure of utilizing Ernie Ureno Tree Service for tree removal and maintenance on my property, and I can confidently say that the experience was outstanding. From start to finish, their service was top-notch, and they left no stone unturned in providing a thorough and professional job.

I used Ernie Ureno tree service in order to prepare for a wedding in my backyard. I needed the job completed quickly. They were the first company to show up for an estimate. The quote was reasonable, and they were able to start immediately. The supervisor, Toya, was the supervisor, but I considered her more like a customer representative. She kept checking with me to make sure I completely satisfied with their work, which I was. I'll use them again.

Ernie Ureno Tree Service did an excellent job on my rental property. I called them to obtain a quote for a fallen tree, and they came out within 24 hours and provided a quote. We scheduled tree removal and cleanup there after. Christine made the entire process seamless and hassle free. 100% would go back to use their services!
