I don’t know how there are any reviews that are positive. Unprofessional, unreliable, and all around poor workmanship. When called out for their lack of attention to detail, they treat the customers like they created the problem. Please reach out to me if you are even considering this company so I can show you their work and communication. I don’t want any family or individual to have to go through the hell they put us through. Please trust someone else with your money.

This company is not committed to treating customers with respect, or completing work in general, I have proof for both. I also gave proposals to mitigate the poor workmanship and unfinished work. This company cannot be trusted.

We are an Atlantis customer for life! The whole team at Atlantis is awesome. Let me start with Ian, he is very professional, honest, and upfront about the whole process. He explained each step in detail, he informed us on what to expect during the process, and he was always honest with what could be done. Alyssa was always very patient when it came to working with me and my crazy work schedule. Jarred is super professional, very detail oriented, and went above and beyond. Andy's attention to detail is amazing, he too was very professional and always so polite. Marlin's attention to detail is wonderful as well, he is always so nice, professional too. On the last day that Marlin and Andy were at my house finishing up the project, they even unpacked and put together our new sectional in the loft PLUS they cleaned up the packaging and took it away when they left. All the work we had done for the price we paid is another reason we will recommend Atlantis to anyone who needs any type of work on their home. Thank you guys for such an AMAZING job!!! I loved my home before, and I am even more in love with it now.

Good communication, but didn’t follow the instructions from the mold inspector so they had to come back to finish the job.

Andrew did a great job. Our bathroom has never looked better. Andrew was professional, polite, and worked really hard.

Atlantis responded quickly in an urgent situation to our needs. They also worked with the insurance company to get a quick resolution in that regard as well.
