CEC is my go-to for electrical work. They are courteous, professional, on time, and they do fabulous work. Jason is wonderful about minimizing cost to the customer without compromising at all on quality.

Jason came to repair a light fixture in my work office in Santa Barbara. He was right on time and very nice. It turned out to be a really simple repair, and Jason didn't even charge us! Thank you, Jason! We'll be calling CEC Electrical Services again when we need electrical done.

I'm not sure how many times I will be needing CEC's services in the future (hopefully not TOO often), but you better believe that I have their number saved in my phone! Three days ago the power went out in the guest house we are renting in Montecito. I called the electric company who eventually (two days later) sent someone out. Their recommendation: "Replace the whole box, its bad."

With it being 4th of July weekend, it was almost impossible to get a hold of any electricians. When we finally did, Jason was ON IT. He came out to our place first thing this morning and figured out what the problem was in a matter of minutes! Best part is that contrary to what the electric company "recommended", we didn't have to replace a single thing. I was not there when he fixed the problem (my wife was present), but Jason even called me at work after he finished to let me know what he did and how we can possibly fix it ourselves moving forward. We really appreciate him coming out in a crunch on a holiday weekend and will be recommending him to EVERYONE in the future! You the man, Jason! Thank you!

Great estimate, and I'd love to work with them if they ever come to perform the service. I have been waiting for a response from Jessica or Rodrigo. I have called and texted several times, and I get no further with an actual date or time for a service. Hopefully, we can work this out and get services. Jason was great with the estimate. I'll be happy to update this review to ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ if the service goes well... It is now over a month after our scheduled service. Our original agreement was service on Dec. 16th, it is now Jan. 18th... our second estimate was Nov. 29th...

I work out of the house and having my power and internet down was not an option. I called 4 other companies before I tried CEC. CEC answered my call immediately, gave me a 30 minute window, arrived on-time, were friendly, professional and helpful. They got my power back on within minutes and they showed me what the problem was and how to handle it in the future. On top of that, they deemed the visit a courtesy call. Amazing!!! I will definitely use their services and recommend them 100%!

CEC installed an electrical panel for us. It started with them quoting us $2500 then changing the price to $3500. They then installed the electrical wiring externally around our patio when we requested it to be wired through our attic (standard practice according to other local electric companies). They told us no. The wiring was not attached to house, buckled out infront of our patio door and was a fall hazard. I asked the owner to return to properly attach to house and he said no, we'd have to pay extra for that. Edison came out to reconnect their wire ( running from electrical pole) to our roof and told us the way CEC had connected it was a MAJOR FIRE RISK. the wiring could have slipped out of the tape they used and lit our house on fire. To top it off, the owner of CEC threatened to put a lien on our house if we didn't pay right away after I kindly requested he attach the external wiring to house because it was a fall hazard, before paying. CEC WAS/IS A NIGHTMARE. DO NOT HIRE THEM.

CEC truck cut someone off really badly on the 405 today, then brake checked them when they honked as if it was the persons fault that got cut off. Then proceeded to cross the double yellow line into carpool right behind me and tailgated me to the point I couldn’t see headlights or the emblem on the front grill for almost 20 miles. I’m not sure about their electrical work, but their presence in the community clearly isn’t amicable, this is clearly a company that doesn’t care about those they serve.

Definitely use CEC! CEC came to my home for a quick repair a few weeks ago. All i needed to do was just hit a switch on the outlet but i didn't know this. They felt bad for charging me the standard rate and gave me a big discount. Super kind people, wholesome company. Thank you so much !
