Unable to diagnose dishwasher issue. Did not have the requisite tools or parts despite being a Viking certified technician. Removed dishwasher and could not replace it correctly.

Called DeAnza Appliance about my Viking range because both ovens would intermittently fail to get up to temp. Gus came out to check. The large oven did demonstrate the issue. Gus checked with 'JR' who said parts for my oven were no longer available. Here is Gus' writeup from my invoice, "The unit needs both oven boards..." THERE ARE NO OVEN BOARDS. YouTube videos explained this issue as an ignitor problem. I downloaded a parts list for my oven, found the part number for the ignitors and bought from Amazon for less than $25 each. YouTube videos showed step by step how to replace the ignitors which was super easy.
They may be good for other appliances, but I do not think they know anything about Viking ovens. I gave them three stars for promptly coming out. Oh, by the way, the cost for all the bad information was $130.
