I had two weeks to complete major work on my home in time for an open house. My agent brought in Parviz of Barcadon to tackle the job. Parviz came back within hours with a quote that was very reasonable. His team was at my house within two days and over the next week and a half they transformed my 90-year old bungalow with wall repairs, bathroom and kitchen upgrades, electrical upgrades and fresh paint throughout. Wow....looked like a completely different home! And the transformation certainly paid off on the final selling price. If you are looking for very reasonable pricing, timely completion and skilled and professional workmanship I highly recommend contacting Parviz/Barcadon.

I've used Barcadon Construction twice now, and the service is incredible. Paul(Parviz)  is super professional, responsive, and flexible. For the first time I used Barcadon Construction, the job was a bit complicated and the team did a seamless job. They are able to accommodate all sorts of specifications such as working around windows, frosted plexiglass at the top to let in natural light, etc.
My second project  - I have a rental property in San Francisco. I am very satisfied so even if I wish could give them 10 stars review. The current project was whole house remodeling (except kitchen and bathroom). They did such an amazing job so they deserve my appreciation and I owe them to write a review.

We spoke to several contractors but Parviz ( Baracadon Constructions) was very prompt in responding with a very competitive estimate over video conference. He explained to me what all entailed in the job to my satisfaction and the whole process was seamless. The team deployed for the job was very professional and understanding. There were very open to accommodate changes in timeline due to unprecedented reasons.
Parviz and team methodically approached the project and worked to deliver it well within our timeline. Whatever was quoted was what we ended up paying. Parviz was very responsive via text and phone and would also meet us in person whenever we asked.

Parviz and his team at Barcadon construction did a full bathroom remodel for us. The results were amazing. Parviz, and he goes by Paul as well and his team are very reliable, responsive and delivered on high quality work. We had selected them for the project after talking with several contractors, and had worked with one another contractor for another prior bath remodel. I'm so glad we went with Barcadon for this one. Not the cheapest, but very reasonable and good value for the excellent quality of work. They were very timely, the tiling was done to perfection and any minor issues were promptly addressed in a professional and courteous manner. I'd rehire them with the drop of a hat.

We had a really good experience with Parviz and his crew from start to finish. We hired them to combine a small closed with the closed where the furnace used to be located in the hallway into a bigger closed.

The crew was very professional -- always showed on time and went above and beyond to make sure we would be happy with the end result, which is always my concern when hiring contractors. Some of them are happy to do a half job and move to their next job.

Highly professional, transparent and flexible with options. William from Renopro Constructions actually was super helpful in picking the right material took me to places. Highly recommended and worth every dollar you spend with them. I have gotten a lot of kudos on their workmanship and quality of finish.

I was referred by one of my friend and hired Renopro Construction to work on landscaping for my backyard. They responded very quickly and efficiently providing a satisfactory design and completed the whole project within 2 weeks. I am very happy with their service. Highly recommended!

We got our foundation's horizontal crack fixed by Reno. They were very responsive. I had many many questions as the crack was around 12 ft and one part it crossed other side too. Take a look of the pictures. I consulted atleast 5 companies, all solutions were minimum 20-25k.
Reno pro, took out all loose concrete, took out old rusted reinforcing bars. Replaced with new once's. Pour concrete. They nicely took care of my artificial grass along with the foundation too. I got that too done last year that's when I found the foundation issue. Other contractors were asking to take of the grass myself and put back after done. Yesterday we had 5.1 earthquake, foundation is still standing well

I have used Vulcan construction twice in the last five years for commercial projects. I have been completely satisfied with their prices, quality of work, professionalism and friendliness for the workers.

The first project was the addition of a conference room. The construction on a complete remodel of my building was only a year and a half old. My tenant notified me needed the room built fast. Vulcan worked with our designer and architect to complete the addition on time and with excellent workmanship. The operations manager of my building has told me multiple times how satisfied she is with the addition, and how well it fits on with the previous construction. (See photo)

The second project we used Vulcan for was a complete new sewer line replacement for our building. Our existing sewer line was decades old and we needed a few hundred feet replaced. Vulcan coordinated quick replacement of the line during the holiday season and even worked on weekends to not disturb my tenant. After the replacement, they coordinated replacement and repavement of our parking lot. They even provided a luxury portable toilets for our tenant’s employees on the days when the sewer could not be used.

I am very particular about quality of work and always do lots of research before I make any decisions on moving forward on any project. Vulcan provided service, workmanship, and service beyond my expectations.
