Keeps calling even when told I was on the do not call list.

Their door to door sales representative said he was from pg&e. He signed us for vista without asking. Becareful they ask to see your bill and sign you on their phone. I realized what happened when I got a welcome letter from them. I ended up paying 2X what usually pay. When I called them, the lady who help me out was really nic and said they would take care of it. When I got my bill and called them the other representative was really rude and was like “he have no notes about what happened and it’s not our problem our door to door sales lie”
I asked him if he knew they can’t say the are from pg&e and he was like you can’t prove it.

First let me say, their customer service is outstanding! They are professional, thorough, efficient, and patient! I called them to come and set up my 65" TV and sound-bar. After setting it all up, they were nice enough to give me a "mini clinic" and helped me navigate through settings, etc. (that's where the patience came in) Then I mentioned I was having problems with my computer. They took the time to take a look at it. He assessed it and clearly explained what the problem was. I asked for a quote, he gave me one, and he said to let him know. I felt no pressure to make a quick decision. I decided to have it repaired. The turn around time was great. I'm so happy with my decision to repair my computer as opposed to buying a new one! It's working better than new. Next is a Ring doorbell and installation. They are now my "go to" for all technology needs. Give them a try, you'll be glad you did!
