I had a leaky shower head in my rental condo. From the moment I called Billy & Sons Plumbing, they were quick to respond and very professional. Pedro came out and gave me an estimate that same day, which was more than fair. He answered all my questions and treated me with respect. Pedro was ready to fix the issue right away, but since my tenant had another appointment, he came back the next morning to do the repair. The work was done neatly and on time. Great job! I will use them again for any plumbing needs.

My partner and I have called Billy & Sons Plumbing several times now. The latest time we needed their help was when our hot water heater stopped working. Levi and Pedro showed up ready to swap it out for a similar model, but because our house in Santa Clara is older, it turned out to be a bit more complicated. They were very professional and patient while we considered our options. After we decided on an on-demand water heater, Eduardo joined them and they worked hard to get everything installed for us the same day. They finished quickly, cleaned up after themselves, and the new system looks great. We're really happy with their work and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing plumbing help!
