Excellent communication, fast response, fixed immediate problem. We have a tankless water heater which EJ sold us for $8,000 three years ago. It periodically breaks down yearly requiring a $300 to $400 service call. They told us it was designed that way, We feel "taken". A plain old water heater costs $1500 and never breaks down. We got bad advice from EJ.

I personally had a great experience with your business from making the appointments, the technician and through the completion of the project. We had a couple of plumbing issues to address. Ben Maher set up our appointment quickly and Angel Flores was the technician who responded. Angel is polite, efficient and listened to my concerns. He completed the work quickly and everything was clean when he left. I would definitely recommend EJ Plumbing in the future.
