Mike and his Crew came out to our office to sanitize it before we opened it up to our clients who are in active cancer treatment and just coming back for the first time in a year since our programs we on hold due to the pandemic. The crew was on time, friendly, professional, and sanitized our entire office to make it safe for our clients. We can all feel comfortable inviting our clients back, and we're so grateful for a job well done!

My family was displaced by a flood in the upstairs bathroom that forced is to move into a hotel. We have a one-year-old and a three-year-old and moving into a hotel was absolutely miserable. DeDona Restoration was basically the only brought spot in our ordeal. They were always responsive even when insurance wasn't. When we couldn't get the general contractor on the phone, DeDona was there to reassure is of the timeline for us to move back home. Could not be happier with their customer service. Although I hope to never need them again, I definitely know where I'll go if I do!!!

I cannot stress enough how amazing it was to have DeDona on the job when we had a flood in the kitchen that ruined a good portion of the floorboards in our dining/living room. This company is the real deal. I don't think I've ever had this level of customer service and just flat out care and compassion from an emergency service - hell, any service like this before in my entire life. No hyperbole. These guys are as friendly as can be, thorough, communicative, caring etc. THIS is what exemplary customer service and treating your customers like family actually means. Dedona Restoration is honest and trustworthy. They are a truly owned and operated family buisness who treats you like your one or their own. We are a General Contractor and have come in behind them on a few projects. Job is always clean and customers rave about them. They make our job easier by not cutting everything in site like some restoration companies, making the build back more expensive for the customer.

Michael and his team at DeDona were prompt and professional. They followed up with me to make sure they could get everything done in a timely manner. In their estimate they included the mold mitigation which another company would not. Most importantly when they discovered that the project required less demo than they initially anticipated, they lowered the final cost to reflect only what they did. I would highly recommend them and - God forbid that I would need their services again - they would be my first call if any thing like this were to happen again.

No one likes dealing with mold in their home. We were unaware of a leak in the faucet drain which was in the wall behind the vanity. The leak subsequently turned into mold in the drywall, the studs, and the vanity. Dedona came in and had to tear out the vanity and the drywall, and they cleaned everywhere there was mold. Dedona was great to work with. They were very efficient and diligent in what they had to do. They made accommodations for my partially disabled husband so that he still had access to the shower. And when they left, everything was spotless. I highly recommend them if anyone ever needs mold remediation. Thanks to Brian, Gina, and Michael! You all were great to work with and did an excellent job!

A contract company, that was assigned to my claim, failed to provide the insurance company the required documents and information, delaying DeDona from completing their work. Mike went above and beyond and contacted the insurance company directly and got the ball rolling. What he did meant a lot to my family and I. I wanted to give a big shout out to DeDona Restoration for really helping me. We had a water leak in our kitchen, brand new custom cabinets… Our instant hot water dispenser started to leak. I was out golfing very early that AM, my wife comes downstairs to a flooding kitchen. She was able to shut off the water and do her best to soak up the water but it had certainly run underneath the cabinets. My buddy Mike said, I know the solution and turned me on to DeDona Restoration (they're Mike’s next door business neighbor in the Valencia Industrial Center). They gave me two of the industrial blowers to use over the weekend and it did the trick and dried up the cabinet and surrounding areas. When I returned them this AM, they didn’t charge me either. Great people, if you have an issue where you need restoration from water / fire / mold, I’d say give them a call, you will be happy you did! There are lots of ’national’ guys out there, but as a small business owner myself, I’ve always been a big supporter of local, small business, you should too!

DeDona Restoration was recommended by our kitchen contractor, Dannick Designs. We are glad that we followed the recommendation and went with DeDona. Brian was thorough, careful, listened to our concerns, and really helped to ease those concerns. He even made sure the crawlspace under our home was cleared of wet insulation and throughly dried out. They were the only company that we contacted for remediation that would go into the crawlspace. Also, we appreciate that they only removed what was necessary, communicating very clearly why x or y needed to be done. Unlike some remediation companies that treat you and your insurance company like an ATM, DeDona is a small family business that treats you like family.
