At first this company was very responsive. Probably to get our business. After 2 weeks of demolishing the bathroom and bedroom they stopped showing up to work. We were told the project would take 3 to 4 weeks but in actuality it took 4 months.. with constant lying from them that it would be done the next week. The homeowners were told that the fixtures bathtub, sinks, faucets for shower, sinks and tub were to be provided by us. All these fixtures were purchased before the floor tiles were finished hoping the would get the hint we needed this work done promptly. The tub was inspected by both the homeowner and the plumber to determine the exact location of the tub and it was in perfect condition. Those items sat in the middle of construction for months. With constant phone call and more lies from the contractor. After our constant pushing to get the tub installed the contractor called and told us that the tub was cracked and we would have to purchase another one. At this point we had moved out of our home so there was no one there but the construction workers. The contractor refused to take responsibility for the damage and had the tub reglazed. Then it took several more weeks to have the tub installed.
We are very unhappy with this company and if we had known that it would take 4 months to finish our projects we would have put a contingency clause in the contract. Please be very careful if you consider this company to do any work for you. They are very unprofessional and will never be truthful.
