Has been very responsive to our issues. They went to bat against the insurance companies with me and we work together. My wife and I really value the relationship that we built over the last couple of years. It did take a very long time to rebuild my house but American Craftsman was not the only cause of that. In fact I would say they helped it to get done in the two years and two months. That it took.

I used this company for COVID-19 disinfectant around my whole company. They were extremely quick with response times and was able to come to perform service the next day! With the pandemic situation being so crucial I really appreciate their response time. Cindy was amazing to work with as well. So attentive and answered all of my phones calls when I needed her. I highly recommend them!

This is the only company I would think to call if my customers or I had any sort of emergency restoration service needs. As a business owner myself, I understand the importance of excellent service and this is a company that is attentive, professional, and meticulous with the work they do (which in a restorative setting, these are the qualities I look for). Cindy Reid does an exceptional job taking care of her clients and making sure all of their questions are answered and service related needs are attended to.
