Very good customer service. Absolutely organized. Definitely responsive to all questions so respectful and considerate too.
Also, they have great understanding to my situation, maybe yours too? I appreciate their consideration and open-mindedness to budget and what was necessary in the job project. I appreciate a ccompany that doesn't make me feel like I'm a burden or a problem with a question. It's never awkward to call them with any question. Absolutely a responsible company. Really a asset to the pool industry.

I saw them driving on the freeway and I called and they were very professional however, after the charge of $125, to look at my Pool. They said they didn’t have enough water in it so they said they could come back. I said OK but the fact that we live in the mountains, we don’t have regular water and I explained that we have a well so I have to have someone come and fill the pool and the pool company said that they were going to show up at, eight in the morning, however they had an accident in their truck so they weren’t able to get there which I had no idea. I explained that to the young lady who answered the phones and she’s a sweetheart. However, I told her if there’s a problem I will cover the gas or whatever the cost is and so she said that she would base it on what I thought it may be, but she couldn’t guarantee the work so there’s no sense in paying $325 to have work done if it’s not a guarantee so whatever the cost of him coming back out I would’ve paid but she didn’t offer that and then she said that I was being accusatory that her husband didn’t wanna help me, and that wasn’t the truth so I think there was a miscommunication but now I’m left stranded after feeling a pull up again like I said, I was willing to pay if he needed to charge me another $125 to come out, but nothing was ever done and nothing was found out because The pool was low on water and I can’t control the people who fill water and I can’t control an accident so like I said, she seemed very nice but I wouldn’t deal with them because they assume things so be careful that’s all I can say and good luck with their business but that’s not how you do business. I understand things happen but then request if we need to come back out, there’s gonna be additional charge that was never offered .
