Placed a service request for my water heater through my home warranty and they were dispatched to come look at it. They come and collect the $75 trade call fee and tell me they were going to replace it and that they would call me back. No call back so I call in the morning and the guy states that he would call me back with more details. Again no callback, so I call in the afternoon and the guy comes up with a story that he is REFUSING to do it because the home warranty company "doesn't pay enough", which is not my problem. If you have issues with them then STOP taking their service requests. They were happy to take the $75 bucks but when it came down to do actual work they refused. Long story short if your warranty company assigns them to you ask them for someone else. A bunch of crooks. Manager was very rude and did not offer any other assistance. His response and I quote was “whatever man” as he hung up very rudely.

Called for an emergency repair at 10pm and they answered the phone. Got my ac repaired the next morning. Great service! Thank you.

AC was not working @ all & Active Air (Jeremy) came out & diagnosed & made the repairs all under 45mins @ a very fair price $ , very fast very professional & honest ,, I highly recommend Active Air to everyone & best of all they don’t try to rip you off $ !!! 🫡
