I had a very good experience with this company. We had previously had repairs done by another company which were done very poorly and the workers at the other company left a huge mess in my home. Sergey was very professional. His team replaced our 20 year old furnace with a heat pump. I had shopped around for prices and they were very reasonable. Following installation, the company followed up in order to make sure we were satisfied.

The Air Crew staff got to the house early and went to work right away. He did something that none of the other HVAC companies did which is to actually clean the ac unit with foam cleaner and water. Our condo is tri level and the unit is at the roof. Previous companies just go up and evaluate then charge the unit with Freon and call it a day, and then would tell me that I might need to get the lines changed due to a micro leak. Air Crew staff cleaned the unit, checked it, made a suggestion to add a sealing liquid that will fix micro leaks which I agreed to. He then charged the unit with Freon but took pictures of the gauge to show how much was used multiple times from the beginning to end. I was very happy, the previous ones would just tell me how much used and the cost without showing proof. We will definitely use Air Crew again.
