I would give 0 stars for wasting my time. I called and got a quick appointment for dryer vent cleaning 10ft dryer vent in an apartment. Also the air ducts for a 700 sq ft apartment with 4 vents. I was quoted a special price of $259 for both services. When the technician came he said the dryer vent was 20 ft and he has to go up the elevator twice to clean it so it would be $800. This is absurd. This weird distribution company that found this company should not be quoting if this is the case.

Don't use! They came to my house to provide a free estimate, but sent someone incompetent. The guy didn't know how to use an electric drill to open the vents, he chipped my paint and put a small hole in my wall. After seeing a glimpse of the quality of work I would receive, I said no thanks. And the estimate they provided for cleaning my dryer vent alone was $400-$600. I found someone else for $100 who is much more professional. I would never recommend this company, seems like a scam and they are trying to overcharge unsuspecting people.
