Great place to get a kangen water sample, deep cleaning, parts, and supplies. If you have someone who wants to try kangen water, this store offers 2 weeks free trial! Also, if you are a distributor and want to use the facility for demonstration and meetings, this is a great place to go!

We have been using a Kangen Machine for over 10 years. We are redoing our kitchen and I needed a faucet to attach our machine to a new faucet. I called Kwench and spoke with RoeAnn and Tony. Tony recommended a new faucet that I was not aware was available. I am very happy that I found Kwench.

I took the machine to be serviced. Tony reconditioned our machine with what they call the white glove service. Wow, the machine looks brand new. The metal plates were filled with deposits over the years. Tony did extra cleaning to get clear water with a level of 769 (look at my photos). The lever before the cleaning was around 100. The waster started out very cloudy and ended up crystal clear after many cycles. It have been a very long time since we serviced out machine.

The service takes about one hour and you can wait or come back the following day. The parking is very easy and the facilities are top notch. Tony showed me the working area where the machines are cleaned with pumps and special mixtures to get your machine to work as good as new. We are going to take our machine there one a year for cleaning from now on. Going all the way to Torrance was an option that we always put off. This store is easy to get to and we are very happy with the customer service that Kwench gave us.

Our family has been drinking alkaline water for over 10 years. The benefits are noticeable when you are consistent and dedicated. I always carry my own water with me. Standard City water is 7.0pH. Bottled water is a surprising 6.5pH and has micro plastics that have recently been found inside human tissue. Look it up! The Kangen alkaline machine give us a constant 9.5pH. It is filtered and delicious.

I purchased a Kangen water filtration system with an initial investment of $5,000, expecting premium water quality and long-term reliability. Despite changing the filters annually as instructed, the water began tasting awful just two years in.

Kwench, part of my upline in this multi-level marketing setup, referred me to a technician for home visits. He replaced the filters and cleaned the machine several times, but the issue persisted.

After escalating the matter to Kwench, the owner, Tony, recommended installing a reverse osmosis system — costing me an additional $600. That, too, failed to resolve the problem.

Tony eventually came to disconnect the system, but it was evident he lacked proper experience. Water leaked all over my floors and down the hallway as he carried the machine out. I had to follow up to find out when the unit was ready. It was finally picked up today — missing parts.

I’ve gone back and forth between the company, their techs, and the store, only to be left with disappointment, water damage, and wasted money.

My advice: Don’t buy this system. Save yourself the hassle, the stress, and the thousands of dollars. There are much better, more dependable filtration systems available.

We had two of our machines sent here for a deep clean, they came back looking brand new! They were responsive and confirmed when they received and sent our machine back to us. In the past we used to have to rent an extra machine while waiting for our deep cleaning but this was so quick! Our friend referred us to their company since we just moved to California and we love the ease, look forward to doing more buisness with them. Great guys. Great work. Reliable. Trustworthy. Kat’s review below is absolutely true. Gil re-plumbed my whole 2 story house. He’s installed new fixtures in my kitchen. His work is excellent.

Having an older house I've had many leaks and backups over the years. Each time Gil has come through to repair, replace, or resurface / repipe anything that needed to be done. There's never been a problem with the work that would cause me to call to have him fix it. The crew dug out a main sewer line, replaced it, put all the dirt back, and you could barely tell there had been work done. Gil has always fixed any problem without costing a fortune and without having to clean up a mess afterward.
