I called yesterday afternoon and they came this morning and had my dryer repaired in less than 24 hours. That's what I call customer service!!!!

Carlos Martinez Jr. came to repair my LG refrigerator because the defrost drain pan was full of debris. He is very professional and patient and resolved my problem completely. I will highly recommend him and his company.

My GE refrigerator was not keeping temperature; the freezer was fine but the refrigerator was not. Carlos-Jr. came over diagnosed the problem as a malfunctioning cooling fan. He ordered the replacement part and came back to do the repair. He was very knowledgable, courteous and went straight through the repair no mistakes, no mess, fairly fast and my fridge was back in order. Total cost for parts & labor total was very reasonable! Nice, easy to work with, professional crew ... will definitely use them again when needed.

After being told by several Appliance Repair firms and being given appointments 6 to 8 weeks away, we called All State. My wife spoke with Carlos, and he gave her an appointment within two days. Carlos arrived on time and within an hour the oven was up and running. Carlos was very respectful and courteous while on the property. We would recommend this service company and Carlos Jr. any time.

I needed service desperately to repair my dryer. I spoke to Carlos around 10:30 a.m. He was able to make an appt between 3-4 that afternoon, showed up around 3:15 and my dryer was repaired by 3:40!! Excellent, efficient and professional service. I highly recommend All State Home Appliance Repair!!

I was referred to Carlos Martinez by Baker Brothers in Watsonville. He came out within a week, moved the fridge out, found the problem with the compressor, went to the truck to get a new one, came back, put it in, cleaned around the fridge and then came to the front, took off a plate at the bottom that covers the incredible amount of dirt. He cleaned that out, and I vacuumed as well. This was inexpensive and my fridge is in fine shape now. I am profoundly grateful!

I manage a mobile home park in Santa Cruz and I was able to find this wonderful company by accident many, many years ago. The owner, Carlos Martinez, is an absolute pleasure to work with. He is prompt, answers calls and schedules repairs asap, unlike other repair company's, which have a 2 week waiting list. Very knowledgeable and honest pricing. This company is highly recommenced if you need repair work on appliances , washers,dryers and he even repaired a older model gas furnace in one of our mobile homes which works better now than it ever did. Give him a call, you won't regret it !!

Santa Cruz Appliance Repair was the BEST! They came out and diagnosed the problem for our dishwasher and fixed it within an hour. And tested it before leaving. Tried to give this company my business! Very unprofessional. I tried to book an appointment, and the woman on the phone was very unfriendly, unhelpful, and acted like she was doing me a huge favor - rather than wanting or appreciating my business. I was confused over how they charge since they don't charge by the hour - she wouldn't/couldn't explain, and seemed bothered that I was asking. Customers need to feel comfortable with who they are hiring, and what they are paying for when giving a stranger their money.

Can't say enough good things about your tech. DJ. He was someone I will ask for him anytime I am in need of further repairs for any appliance. He fixed the Kitchen aid refrigerator and came back the next day to make sure he had it right. Excellent service!!

Response was very quick, showing up just a couple of hours after I called on Christmas Eve. RJ fixed our older Thermadore range in about an hour, good to go for continuing our holiday cooking. RJ had a great attitude, very friendly and obviously capable. I'll definitely recommend Santa Cruz Appliance Repair.

Worked with my wife and I on a unique refrigerator brand we have from Germany - came in and went up and above and really were outstanding technicians and people! My wife was extremely impressed (not easy) with how the two of them operated as a team and ensured everything was in its place and extra clean.
