Overall good experience with Rosenthal Plumbing, but scheduling needs help.

Our job was to clean out our storm water drainage system. Mud had to be dug out of seven storm water basins and then two lengths of 200-300 feet of pipe had to be hydro-jetted to clear the blockage.

One star deducted because Rosenthal did not return my call when I left a message. I had to call again a few days later to arrange the appointment. Also, when putting together the estimate, it was clear two people needed to be on site to do the work. Our estimator, Bradley, was our primary plumber.

Brad arrived on time the next morning and got to work immediately. As the morning progressed, I heard him making multiple calls requesting the second plumber. When a customer is told there will be two people on site, Rosenthal’s scheduler needs to meet those expectations.

Brad hustled his butt! He was trudging up and down our hillside attempting to confirm whether the hydro-jet had broken through the blockage. He kept his composure and I’m sure he had to be frustrated as he wasn’t getting the help he expected. He promised the work would get done in one day and he did the majority of the hard work himself. He didn’t take time off for lunch because he knew the commitment. By the time the second plumber arrived in the afternoon, Brad was about ready to start cleaning up. The job was completed about 60-90 minutes later. Thank you Brad for your diligence and hard work!!!

Once we confirmed the quote, they were able to fit us in the very next day, and finished the project a day earlier than promised. The team was extremely friendly, polite, and professional throughout. They handled the challenging layout with ease and left everything in perfect working order.
