Excellent service !! Always very friendly staff

Warning to all. I have a company in Western Canada based in Vancouver, BC and I bought some cleaning products from the owner of Royal Industrial Solutions, the owner is Danny Persad. Since I had bought product from him before I had no reason not to trust him. In a nutshell I paid him in advance over $1000.00 for him to deliver the product to Vancouver. He strung me along for 6 months and always blamed the trucking company as the delivery problem. Long story short it is going on close to 2 years and still no money or product. I had paid with a credit card but the banks can do nothing if you don't contact them prior to the ending period of 3 months. Buyer beware.
