I encountered a frustrating experience with one of your technicians who parked in an electric vehicle only spot, preventing me from charging my car. When I called the technician's contact information on their vehicle, the receptionist was apologetic and had them move the car. However, when they came out of their apartment, they seemed unbothered by the mistake and instead started eating a candy bar before getting back in their vehicle. I was forced to call again for them to relocate the car, but on my second attempt, they finally moved it. Unfortunately, during that interaction, they gave off an uncomfortable vibe, making me feel like they were trying to "key" my car. To document the issue, I took photos and videos of the vehicle in its original condition before charging, including the license plate number 991841.
