I cannot say enough good things about Carpet Gurus. With the beach weather warming up, I noticed how much sand had accumulated on my living room carpet! I needed both carpet and upholstery cleaning as my white linen sofa had become a little gray over time. I called on a Tuesday and they responded quickly to accommodate me for Thursday morning. The Carpet Gurus arrived on time and inspected the house, identifying the areas with the most foot traffic and stains. I was impressed by how they didn’t try to sell me on packages and services I didn’t need. They were thorough in cleaning every corner of every piece of furniture in the house. Very easy to book. Did everything online and they confirmed within an hour. The staff showed up when they said they would and got to work right away. The carpets dried out much faster than I expected since I had guests over later that night. Great communication overall.
