They always seem to break down when you need them most - or in this case, when you've got visitors coming over. Thankfully, the installers showed up early, which was a relief. Installing AC in an apartment is way more complicated than doing it for a house. The technicians managed to fit everything into a tiny space and had it working quickly. One of them even took care to clean up the carpet before finishing - nice touch!

Jamie and the Santa Monica Heating and Air Conditioning team are absolute lifesavers for this large household of mine. Without their expertise, we'd be sweltering away in the scorching summer without functioning AC.
The guys arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue with our AC unit in under 30 minutes, and had it up and running better than ever within a couple of hours. What impressed me most was that Jamie didn't just fix the problem at hand – he took the time to address potential issues as well. It's clear he prioritizes thoroughness.
Before reaching out to them, I'd been advised by three other companies to shell out around $6,000 for a new installation, which would have been a significant financial burden. But Jamie and his team saved me a substantial amount of money. Their service has left me feeling deeply grateful.
