Pacific Coast Plumbing Co. is an amazing company. I had them out to service my gas line for my fireplace. They were able to come out at a convenient time, and able to fix the issue right away. Their technicians were very considerate and knowledgeable. And very polite. Pricing for work was fair for the work at hand. The techs didn't try and sell me on work that wasn't needed, very honest guys, which can sometimes be hard to come across with service companies.
This company was very honest and trustworthy, I would definitely use them again for any of my future home needs. Its always time to GSD* with Pacific Coast Plumbing! Thank you Pacific Coast Crew!

TL;DR: They canceled the day-of because I asked basic pricing/scope questions.
I scheduled Pacific Coast Plumbing to install a new toilet. The day before, I asked the scheduler a simple question about how big a job it would be to reset wax rings on other toilets in the unit. I was told that would need to be a separate job, but that the plumber replacing my toilet could take a look and talk to me about it, and I could schedule another appointment later if I wanted.
The morning of the appointment, I received a message saying the plan had changed to sending two plumbers and charging double, without any clear estimate. When I asked for a rough range and suggested a smaller approach (install the new toilet as planned and reset one additional toilet to gauge time/cost), the person I spoke with became agitated and canceled the entire job — including the original agreed-upon installation.
I understand plumbing has variables, but canceling last-minute because a customer asks reasonable scope/pricing questions is unprofessional. I had a heavy new toilet sitting out ready for install and had to scramble to find another plumber.
Extremely unprofessional communication, poor customer service, and unreliable scheduling. Avoid.
