I have been a lifelong customer of 25 years with Pacific Tree Care and I trust nobody else to take care of our tree trimming on our property. They are prompt, professional, detail oriented, and really know their tree species. Most importantly they are trustworthy and fair priced. I highly recommend using them!

These guys were great - on-time, knew what they were doing, friendly, professional, left the area clean, very reasonable price. I'd recommend Joe and his crew to anyone.

I've contacted Joe twice regarding a sickly olive tree that we have in our property, and both times he was extremely thorough, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. We intend to use Pacific Tree Care regularly in the future, and would definitely recommend them!

Joe and his crew from Pacific Tree Care were wonderful to work with. Came out on time, walked the property, discussed the options and came up with a plan and a budget. They arrived as discussed, delivered on the plan on time and on budget. Crew was expert at their jobs, thoroughly cleaned up the property, were respectful of our neighbors and basically a team of really nice hard workers. I would work with them again in a heartbeat.

Pacific Tree Care was fantastic. They came and gave me a quote and provided great advice when to best get our trees cut. They stuck to the schedule and came when promised. They did the job on time and thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. Trees look great and the price quoted was the price paid. The special touch of the owners showing up in the morning and checking in after each day to monitor progress was greatly appreciated.

We have used Pacific Tree Care for years at our Brentwood home. They have always done an excellent, careful and thorough job trimming our trees. They don't just lop off branches as some trees company used by others in our neighborhood seem to do. They look carefully to see how to trim to make the trees look their best and they are very knowledgable about their care. Their cleanup too is perfect. Can't recommend them highly enough!

Five star. Joe, a certified arborist, came by a for a free evaluation of a problematic tree limb on our backyard sycamore. 2 weeks later, he was back with his top notch crew at 7:15 AM. They took care of the sycamore, trimmed our silver sheens, and yanked an old stump from the yard. They worked quickly and everything was meticulously cleaned up before 11AM. Great experience overall and happy to highly recommend.

Great experience and superb outcome! Joe McGrew and his crew were prompt, hardworking, patient with my questions, accommodating, knowledgeable, and kind. With skill and conscientiousness they transformed our yard, which included a line of trees along a treacherously steep slope. They raked and swept up after themselves, and left our grounds looking pristine. A pleasure to work with. Both neighborly and professional. So happy and grateful!

Joe and his fantastic crew have been trimming my beautiful Jacaranda for a few years and it has thrived under their care. Though beautiful, it has grown so full in between trimmings that it has been a bit of a problem for my neighbor whose yard some of its branches overhangs. Joe and his skilled crew know just how to trim so it is very manageable aesthetically, healthy and keeps the branches away from roofs and my neighbor's yard. His crew is efficient, work quickly and do an amazing job of cleaning up. Highly recommend Joe and Pacific Tree Care.

From start to finish, Joe was very responsive and professional. He and his crew did a fabulous job pruning some difficult trees, trimming and cleaning up the yard when they were done. We couldn't be happier!

I just had a great experience with Pacific Tree Care. I contacted Joe originally because he was highly recommended on Next Door, and he came to give me some advice. He then recommended some specialists that I needed. I also asked him if he could give me an estimate to cut my two big trees, which he did, although this was months before I needed the work done and he had no guarantee that I would hire his company. Over the next few months, I called him a couple more times for advice about my huge eucalyptus tree and he was always helpful. So, when the time came, I decided to hire him and his team to trim my big eucalyptus tree and a big pepper tree. They did a fantastic job, and cleaned up everything afterwards. Not only am I happy but my neighbors are happy too, as the tree was blocking the sunlight into their artist studio. Highly recommend Joe and his team and will definitely use them again.

This is the second year my wife and I have used Pacific Tree Care and we will not be using any other tree service from now on. They are on time, hard working, polite and most important to me responsive to our question and our unique needs.

Part of the our job is on the property line of our neighbor and I am always concerned about clean up especially on the neighbors property. There clean up is beyond through. If you didn't see the trees being trimmed you wouldn't know they had been there..
