I had an electric charger installed in our house by Josh. I called and was quoted by several electricians in Napa for the job but Josh offered a competitive price mixed with the flexibility to not just install the next day (before our trip to Tahoe) but do a same day quote .

After install we plugged it in the next day but this time an error code appeared. Me and my wife thought it was the way it was installed possibly that was giving the charger the code, HOWEVER it definitely was not. When seeing the error code my wife gave me an ear full thinking we got scammed over. I called Josh about the issue and he reassured me that ALL of his work he guarantees and immediately offered on his own to be at my house in Napa within the hour to trouble shoot.

Josh arrived eager to check it out, he pleasantly and curiously took apart the outlet and was able to troubleshoot through a few scenarios to completely isolate the issue.

It ended up being that the charger for our new car was alittle over-engineered making it super sensitive to the amount of power going in and out. Audi confirmed it later as well that this happens often with Audi chargers but Josh had already fixed it and thus got me out the dog house with my wife...and that's what is important.

This is a long post but I was extremely surprised and caught off guard by the great service and peace of mind I received. I now saved him in my phone as the electrician moving forward!
