Gutter reviews in Santa Rosa, California

Nor-Cal Maintenance did a fantastic job cleaning gutters, adding gutter covers, power washing the whole property and washing all the windows. I will definitely be using their services moving forward.

The team came on time, got the job done well in a timely, professional manner and with a friendly attitude.
Booking the service via text was also easy and convenient. David responded quickly to various questions.

David did a fabulous job replacing a damaged gutter. He was responded quickly, professionally at a great price. I highly recommend Nor-Cal Maintenance and will be using their services for other jobs.

What a wonderful company ! From the initial phone call to the actual day I had the work done !
The young man who did the job was very punctual, friendly and efficient !
My patio was covered in grease and moss from lack of care when he was finished it was just perfect !
I’d highly recommend Nor-Cal Maintenance again for any job ! I’m definitely going to be using them again in the future !!

Dave scheduled me in for an estimate within a few days of me calling. Got the estimate to me same day and performed the work just a few days later. They did exactly what they said they would and left the house and surrounding areas looking better than when they showed up. I highly recommend.

I contacted Dave yesterday for a rain gutter, downspout cleaning job I've been putting off for months because of the weather. It was done first thing in the morning. Very impressive company considering my crazy roof on a hill in the redwoods. Professional, efficient and friendly. Will definitely use again.

From evaluating, estimating, scheduling and executing, the NorCal team was superb. On time, reliable and great clean up. I will call them again next year to clean my roof and gutters.

I've been working with Norcal Maintenance for years to clean my gutters and solar panels. This year I opted to have them install vulcan foundation and attic vents to help fire proof my property. They worked diligently to get the job done right and bonus, they painted all the vents to match the house. I highly recommend Norcal Maintenance!!!

I received rather short notice from my insurance company that I needed to have my cabin's roof cleaned of debris and moss if my policy was to be renewed. I called five companies and three didn't even take the time to respond. Dave of Nor Cal was the only one to get back to me quickly and was willing to work with my deadline. He made schedule adjustments to fit me in. The insurance company also wanted fire mitigation yard work done. I knew that wasn't in the scope of Nor Cal's work but asked Dave if he knew of anyone up to the task. He suggested a couple of capable workers and took the time to meet me at the cabin to discuss the project. He then took time to meet with the workers and outline the job, kept in touch with them over the three days of work, had them take photos of progress made and forwarded them to me. His fee for overseeing this? Zilch...he did it to help me out. When all this was done, I did a walk-thru with Cal Fire who gave a flawless review of both roof and yard work...I can enthusiastically recommend Dave's company. He's professional, efficient, meticulous and great to work with.

Dave was easy to deal with and gave us a fair price. His crew arrived
an hour early and spent nearly two hours cleaning our gutters (two story home)
and ensured there were no clogs or leaks. They cleaned up all the crud
afterwords as well and carted it off as opposed to stashing it in my garbage
can. I would recommend them.

You’ve tried the rest, now try the best!!
These guys do expert meticulous work.
Highly recommended.

You have to tell most gutter cleaning companies that you have a two-story house that requires a tall ladder and a guy shows up with a 6 foot ladder in his truck and you have to send him away. Don’t make that mistake.

Nor-Cal Maintenance sends out experts and they do the very best work, hands-down.

These guys are awesome. Professionals through and through. I contacted Dave, it was easy to schedule a time for an assessment of my gutters and trees. He suggested the right product, install was fast, clean, and best of all - it worked! Highly recommend!

Team came out to fix loose gutter - reattached gutter and checked all house gutters to make sure they were secure. Very friendly, professional and efficient. Thanks

The worker that showed up was on time and pleasant. His thoroughness was excellent. I will use this company for my windows everytime

We have been using Nor-Cal Maintenance for the ten (10) years and have been very satisfied. they are on time and always do a great job. Rarely, if we have ever had an issue they are very responsive to making sure we are satisfied.
We will continue using Nor-Cal Maintenance for our window cleaning service.

Made our 20 year old roof look brand new. Squared away our gutters and guards, too! Fast and efficient!

These guys did such a great job cleaning and installing leaf guards on all my gutters on my house. I have some rentals that I will also have them do. David the owner is polite conscientious and reliable. My advice would be to call Norcal maintenance to have them not only do gutters. They do windows and power washing which I will have them back after when things get back to normal.

I needed to have someone look at my gutters as they were leaking when it rained and was not draining properly. I called Nor-Cal Maintenance for help. They were very understanding and responded quickly. Dave gave me a very reasonable estimate and the repairs were done quickly and professionally.

The crew working on my house did an amazing job! They cleaned by gutters, washed my windows, and power washed my home. It looks great! I also appreciate how easy it was to schedule the cleaning.

This house had been neglected when I took over. My job entailed cleaning filthy windows, clearing clogged gutters and downspouts, and installing gutter guards. I shopped around and - given the scope of the work - even other companies referred me to NorCal. Dave, the owner, was responsive and pleasant. The lead man, Jesus, was good-natured and professional.
The company’s insured and the price is right!

Dave and NorCal Maintenance were great. Cleaned our gutters perfectly, were efficient with their time, and left our property cleaner than they found it. 4 stars not 5 because they had to reschedule multiple times.
