Leo and his crew were friendly, fast, and efficient. We had his team repair drywall in our garage, remove a built in buffet from our family room, remove French doors from our dining room and repair damage to our hardwood floors. Leo communicated frequently with us during the process and he did what he said he would do. I would use him and his crew again.

Leo is very professional and does amazing work! I was very impressed with the quality of his work as well as how passionate he is about doing what's right for his clients. You hear horror stories about contractors that take advantage of people or doing poor work and Leo is one of the only contractors that I can trust to refer my friends and family to.

Diaz and Sons did a great job when I needed a lock on a front door for an elderly client fixed asap. Leo came out as soon as he could and went above and beyond just fixing the lock. He fixed the door itself. And my client enjoyed his company as well. Thanks Leo!

I sent Leo to a very important person in my life to help get a variety of jobs completed that had been on a "list" for a long time. Being a licensed contractor who is doing handyman services makes Diaz and Sons a valuable resource. From fixing cabinet doors, to changing a sink to fixing a drainage line - they did it all. And they did it with great expertise. I will use their services again!

Thank you Leo of Diaz and Sons Construction. We needed our porch floor repaired and having Leo do the work was a great experience. He gave us a bid a few months before we booked him and actually followed up with us around the time I said we would be doing it. He used quality materials and was very conscientious about helping us maintain the original craftsman feel of our home. In addition to making our porch floor not only stable and solid but beautiful to look at (we didn't need to repaint it because the wood looks wonderful) he installed an attic fan to help keep our home cool. This is coming very handy since the weather has been in the 90's this week! Leo and his crew are reliable and capable. I would call them again for help with our home repairs.

I will give more than five stars if I can. Leo did our paint job for us! He is fast, efficient, and experienced. Leo is very helpful for the first time home buyer since he will explain every single detail to you and suggest what is the best for your house even including landscaping. I will definitely hire him back for other jobs.

While my daughter and son-in-law were on vacation, their dishwasher leaked, sabotaging their remodeling project.(Pre-Leo). They were hopeful when he came to assess the damage, as his confidence told them he could pull it all back together, which he and his son Max did, and completed the work beautifully-my daughter has been ecstatic about her kitchen!
I thought his energy there could transfer to my bathroom remodel, so Leo came by and we discussed what I knew I wanted and he’s a great, non-pushy advisor in creative decisions-ie, is something practical, dated, liable to be a problem in the future…? He has good instinct beside his considerable skill.He and Max are so efficient-showing up on time, cleaning work areas daily, informing me of each step, no wasted time, and the result is work he’s proud of, and delighted customers. I love my bathroom, and friends are impressed with what was accomplished!

I've known Leo for years, as a friend and as a contractor. He always surprises me with his in depth knowledge of construction issues, and his ability to problem solve on the spot. He and his crew do good, solid work, quickly and efficiently. He recently painted my home, and the place looks great. He's done a number of other projects for me, some simple, some pretty complex, and he and his crew always get things done quickly and right. As far as we are concerned, Diaz and Sons is one of the best construction companies in the North Bay. They were recommended by a friend and Leo was very honest with us. He kept saying we couldn't afford him because we only needed a maintenance/carpenter/handy man and he gave us a few names. Most other contractors would've just taken these minor jobs and charged us too much for little "fix-its". When we had our carpet taken up, we found out the floor underneath was in very bad shape, so we were finally able to use Diaz and Sons. We had a deadline and Leo actually came out at a moment's notice (on a Sunday!) because he remembered us. He worked his bootie off, for an extremely reasonable price. He did meticulous work, even my husband was impressed. I wouldn't hesitate to use or recommend Leo Diaz and Sons; he is very knowledgeable, efficient, respectful, and he does a spectacular job. We feel very fortunate to finally have a talented, hard working, HONEST contractor and we absolutely plan to utilize Diaz and Sons Construction on my mom's home, this summer.

I have hired Leo to complete a few projects in my home. He just completed installing flooring in our attached apartment. Leo and his crew removed moved furniture, removed old flooring, and installed new laminate flooring in one day. All the shops I had visited told me it would be a least a two-day project. Leo also completed some carpentry and dry wall and helped remodel the kitchen in this apartment.
If you hire Leo, you can expect expert work completed very quickly. He stays on a job until it is done. Leo is a master of many of the trades (carpentry, painting, drywall, cement work, electrical, and plumbing etc.) I would highly recommend Leo for any of your construction and remodel needs. He is honest and takes pride in his work.

Leo Diaz and his son Max did a great job for us in our recently purchased Oakmont home. They were very efficient, professional and pleasant to work with and completed a list of small projects and electrical improvements quickly and smoothly. I will use them again and highly recommended them!

We were planning on installing solar panels but needed to remove old panels that no longer worked. The company installing the new panels said they didn't remove old panels and that we needed to do that ourself before they proceeded. So we called some roofers and nobody wanted to do the job. They told us that we needed to contact solar companies for that kind of work. Our solar company (Tesla) already told us they wouldn't do that kind of work. Thanks for nothing Tesla!

So luckily we found Diaz and Sons and read their great reviews online. Leo came over and gave us a quote that was fair and said he could do the job the next day. We accepted. The job was finished the following day and we couldn't be more satisfied. We plan on using Diaz and Sons for a few other projects and highly recommend you do the same. Thanks for everything Leo!

Leo and his guys rebuilt the roof/awning of our small storage building and the workmanship is excellent. It went from rickety to solid in three days. Leo was great to work with. He listened to us and worked within our budget to get the job done. His crew was very considerate and left a clean worksite at the end of the day. Nice people to work with and a quality product. I'm very happy with the job they did.

Diaz & Sons Construction did fantastic work on our home improvement projects. We had multiple needed repairs, they turned out great and we are very pleased with the work that was done. Leo helped us make the best decisions about the work, his prices were very reasonable and the workers always showed up early and were very courteous and respectful in our home. Leo’s crew also took time to clean up after the work was complete.

Leo and Max Diaz did a fabulous job putting crown moulding in 3 bedrooms. When I first inquired (based on his excellent reviews), Leo was backed up with business, as everyone good is these days, but unlike others, he kept me posted when he could touch base. He came to evaluate the job, and he was clearly more knowledgeable than others I had worked with in the past. And his work today is excellent. He is honest, detail-oriented, professional, and truly a pleasure to do business with. I will recommend him to all my friends, and I’ll recommend him to you, too!
