We went with Ongaro and Sons for our re-pipe and drainage work because of their long history and Yelp reviews. We’re very impressed with
Kyle and his team, Russell, Zack, and Omar. Throughout the entire project, they conducted themselves professionally, respectful, and kept place clean with minmal disruptions. Kyle was our main point of contact. He addressed all our concerns and curiosities. He was always the first to arrive and last to leave. At the end of each day, he would update us of his team’s progress and ask if we’d any questions. When Kyle and team found issues during the project, he always explained to us of the problem, offered options on the approach, and pros and cons of each. We really appreciate he and his team’s honesty, transparency, and suggestions.
Needless to say, we would definitely reach out to Ongaro and Sons for future projects because of our amazing experience with Team Kyle!

A skilled team installed a new water heater, various shut off valves, a main pressure reducing valve and various incidentals. They worked steadily throughout one day and our water was back in operation by 4:00 p.m. the team leader provided a thorough explanation of all the work that was done and was available to answer any questions. We highly recommend Ungaro and Sons for a job well done.

I’ve been waiting for 11 years to have air-conditioning and I couldn’t be happier with my new mini splits ceiling cassette system. Ongaro’s Team showed up on time & Mark was a great team leader. They were careful in making sure that everything was very clean afterwards & furniture was back in its exact place. I’m so happy about about how professional the install went & how quiet my new system is. So excited to get PG&E bill without any old gas heater charges on it 🌟

Ongaro has done a great job with installing my heater and maintaining all my heating, cooling, and water heater needs over the last few years. They are always very professional and thorough. Recently when a job took them a lot longer than they planned due to unforeseen complications, they didn't charge me anything over what they had quoted me, which I appreciated. They usually send photos of the work they have completed, which I appreciate since I am not actually going to get up in my attic myself. I have been very happy with their service.

We got a new central a/c system. All reps were courteous and professional. The estimators asked good questions and were tuned in to our needs. The estimate was fair. The installers Joey and Nathan were courteous, professional and considerate of our house and yard. Work was performed on schedule & was excellent in quality, service & product.

On Saturday morning, we woke to a spouting outdoor pipe. We called.Ongaro & Sons Immediately. The representative was so efficient and understood that we needed a repair done as soon as possible, Or we’d be out of water for the weekend, at least. She set up a same day repair. By 4 o’clock, our problem is solved. Jeff, the plumber, was a skilled professional! We’ve used Ongaro & Sons Heating And Plumbing for many projects over the years, and they’ve never failed. We recommend them highly.

I had some extensive invasive electrical work done on my home. A Contreras and J Sealund were the technicians. They were very respectful of my belongings, taking great care. I appreciated their professionalism. I will call Ongaro for all my home repair and maintenance projects in the future.

Amado was amazing in installing the American Standard water heater. He was professional and very diligent in every detail. And I have to acknowledge that David Weatherly for his expert advice in what was best for our home.

The Ongaro and Sons team was efficient, friendly and highly skilled throughout the process. From the initial assessment to the install of an upgraded electrical panel Ongaro made sure we knew what was happening and when. Alex and Justin were professional and courteous throughout the install. The timeline for the project was clearly stated and adhered to. The estimate for the work was accurate and not a penny over. Ongaro has a rep as being on the pricier side but you get what you pay for, quality work done right.

The technician, Brandon, was superlative in terms of diagnosing
our out of commission HVAC system. He was the best in explaining in simple terms what was wrong and what needed to be done. Brandon was efficient, professional and pleasant. I learned a lot about how to better operate our HVAC system and to prolong its life. Great Job

I had a leak in my dining room on one of the rainiest days in Healdsburg, and I reached out to Ongaro and Sons because of their high reviews. I was a bit nervous because of how late in the day it was and because I don't know anything about plumbing, but Nico showed up on time, analyzed the problem within the first few minutes and involved me in every step of the process. He was able to open the drywall in the ceiling, fix the broken pipe and gave me a recommendation for a creditable drywall installer. He did amazing work, was super fast and thorough, and left my house as clean as he found it. I can't recommend O&S enough and especially Nico whose work is stellar. I am super grateful!

So very pleased. Michael gave the estimate but the tech that was supposed to install was not available as scheduled but Michael came and did it. He was very friendly and did the job. He made sure everything was working properly and showed me how to shut of water and gas if needed. He cleaned up everything. Will definitely recommend and am happy about the warranty and yearly inspections and maintenance available. Thank you so much!

Ongaro is an outstanding company to work with. I just moved to a new house, and they assembled a SWAT team to help me with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC projects. It starts with great customer service, clear communication, and ends with high quality installation and delivery. I couldn't be more impressed.

Seamless transaction from the initial contact with Nicholas Nielsen on Friday to the installation the following Monday/Tuesday with the work crew of three very competent installers. New furnace and air conditioning working beautifully and the no interest 12 month pay period is extraordinary. Used Ongaro twenty years ago to totally rehab my two floor home into two zones and they are better than ever now to my complete satisfaction.

I believe this is my 4th project with Ongaro & Sons so far. This time it was for an electrical issue and fortunately, they offer electrical services in addition to plumbing. I was lucky to have electrician Richard Edwards come out and take care of our project. He was on time, professional and took time to explain all of the aspects of the repair. Richard took care of our electrical issues well within the time that it was estimated and was a pleasure to work with. We now feel like we have a trustworthy electrician and plumber to go to when in need, thanks to Ongaro & Sons who have built a great team of reliable professionals. I highly recommend their services.

Consistency excellent service. I needed to have a kitchen faucet and related faucet dispenser installed after I had it taken out due to a leak. Sal came out and assessed the situation and noted that since my faucet items were 15-20 yrs old....that it was best to replace all the fixtures. I agreed. There was NO CHARGE! Sal was professional and knowledgeable. He wore booties to keep the house clean! We ordered new fixtures and I will call Ongaro to install once they arrive!

Ongaro and Sons deserves a 5 Star review from us. Sal came out and evaluated a recently discovered plumbing issue and gave an estimate. He then set up an appointment 3 days later for repairs. Plumbers/repair men Zach and Felipe arrived on time and went right to work. They worked 5/6 of their time under the house replacing cracked pipes and making sure everything was secured. They clean up and hauled away all debris. I highly recommend Ongaro and Sons for their professional employees and work ethics.

Every interaction we’ve had with Ongaro & Sons has been great. We’ve relied on the Ongaro team for the last 4 years for all sorts of support, ranging from indoor plumbing to re-routing our outdoor sump drainage, to HVAC service & maintenance, to replacing a water heater. Their scheduling coordinators have all been knowledgeable & patient in trying to understand what the problem is, and across all the work we’ve had done every technician has been kind & helpful. Ongaro is our go-to for all of the services they provide.

Can not recommend highly enough. Their team was professional, efficient and did an amazing job. Within 48 hours of contacting them we had a new hot water heater for $1500 less than any other quote we had received. I also appreciate how clean they were, leaving no dirt of debris behind. We will use Ongaro & Sons for all of our plumbing and electrical needs moving forward.

Gino & his Ongaro & Sons co-worker once again completed the annual service of our tankless water heater and hydronics boiler. Great job, again! Very courteous and professional!. Gino found one small problem and quickly addressed the issue in a very cost effective manner. Looking forward to next year's service visit.
