my fridge stopped working and he was the only one who was willing to come out on a Sat. to look at it. He also asked me over the phone for the problem and told me in view of the cost of parts and service I might be better off buying a new one. He has since given me purchasing advice over the phone on two occasions.

Dave was great. He's very nice, but he's also a straight shooter, which I appreciate. I learned more about refrigerators from him in ten minutes than I've picked up in my 52 years talking to salespeople. It's so nice to get info from someone who knows what they're talking about. Dave is fantastic. He responded to my call within 1 hour (not that I'm guaranteeing that for him :) ) Both times I have reached out to him he has responded quickly. As others have said, he is a straight shooter and knows exactly what he is talking about.

I just got off the phone with Dave - he returned my call in less than 30 mins, super professional, obvious he knows his stuff. I REALLY appreciate the detail he went into in an effort to diagnose my old built-in Kitchen Aid. He went over possible mechanical failures and repair costs. He didn’t try to sell me a service call. He gave me instructions on what to do and to call him back with the results so we could decide how to proceed. If we end up needing the repair I won’t bother looking for a second opinion. I really appreciate Dave fitting me in with his busy schedule the week before Christmas. Not the best time for my refrigerator to stop working. Communication was great and he was able to diagnose the problem quickly and fix the problem within the week. While I hope to never need him again, but if I do, I will defiantly be calling Northbay Refrigerator Repair.

Dave is the man!!! I have been in the trades / service world for a long time and I can testify that Dave "get's it". He listens, offers advice and definately has the knowledge. He could have been lilke other service provders and want to talk money right off the bat, he did not even though I offered to pay for his help over the phone. I will never call anyone else. Call Dave!
