I have had a very good experience with Solarcraft. Very attentive to my needs, knowledgeable and helpful.

Great experience working with Solar Craft. With solar, we are now heating our home with electricity and saving a ton of money. We actually have a warm home in Sonoma County, something more rare these days sadly. I would highly recommend getting Solar and working with Solar Craft.

Very impressed with the great communication and smooth process. Everyone from the salesperson, the project coordinators to the installers were professional and courteous. I’m a happy camper and would definitely recommend SolarCraft to my friends. Btw, I was skeptical of getting a battery in addition to the solar but now realize that the extra investment was well spent. It saved all the food in my freezer from spoiling during a recent outage.

I've researched a number of different solar companies and spoke with a number of different reps and none of them stood up to how helped Robert Arnold was. He was there to help explain everything and had the company to back him up. Most sales companies promise the best but deliver mediocore --- SolarCraft enabled Robert to promise the best and then they delivered the best. Robert was the front man but Janell Azevedo helped so much with the actual execution and questions. Corey Shields was professional when scheduling the inspection and Tricia Companey was perfect in helping me figure out the payments. Great job to all! 11/10 would recommend.

I researched the market exhaustively, and it was clear early on in the quote process that SolarCraft treated their customers like the neighbors they are, rather than just a prospect. I really appreciated the personal attention Robert and the entire staff at SolarCraft gave throughout the process, from initial evaluation of our property to follow up months after the installation was complete, and I've recommended them to everyone I know who is considering solar.

Hard to know who is an honest, reliable solar company, right? Hire Robert Arnold at SolarCraft! We called 4 top-reviewed companies. 3 said we needed $60,000+ system and promised to generate 75+% of our energy bill. Only SolarCraft (who has Tesla and Enphase) shared the Lidar map and said our home was (unfortunately) not viable for solar due to location and shading. Honesty, transparency and the best systems and service! Hire SolarCraft!

SolarCraft installed a 20MWh/year solar electric system at my property in Marin County in August 2022. The entire experience was a pleasure. SC’s sales rep, Robert Arnold, was thorough and efficient from the time he first came out to size, design, and configure the system, through installation and post-installation follow-up. Most importantly, he and the SC staff were communicative, regularly updating me with the status of the project without my having to call them. We were rushing to go live (formally connect to PG&E) before some changes to the net metering regime, and SC made sure we were installed in plenty of time. Robert also advised me from the outset of potential pitfalls or delays (such as PG&E being slow to grant a permit, and the possibility they would insist on my installing a new transformer at my expense), which fortunately did not materialize. I was impressed that Robert wanted to manage expectations appropriately—a practice that is far too rare among contractors.
Solar electric power has been the target of PG&E lately, with widely reported efforts by it and the California Public Utilities Commission to roll back some of the direct financial benefits of solar power. But with the price of electricity rising steadily at record-breaking rates, solar still provides substantial cost-saving benefits to homeowners and businesses (not to mention the environmental benefits to everyone). Give SolarCraft a call, and Robert or one of his colleagues will review the numbers based on your property’s electrical usage, and give you an honest assessment of whether it makes sense to go solar now.
    I highly recommend SolarCraft.

Received bids from 5 solar companies. Robert Arnold was the most knowledgeable of any of the sales people we met with and promised that his bid would be the lowest of the five. SolarCraft's bid was indeed the lowest, and their installers were timely and efficient. Our system has run for two years now, and is completely invisible: no maintenance issues and covers our entire electricity bill.

We've had such a positive experience working with SolarCraft for our new home's solar system. Robert Arnold was such a warm welcome to the company and he eased us into learning about solar, the options, and to helping us not only to make the right choice for us but to feel comfortable and savvy in deciding the best solutions for us. I can't say enough good things about working with Robert; his knowledge, professionalism, and patience with us newbies is outstanding. I also really liked the size of the company; it was a goldilocks fit for me, they had decades of experience, are local, but are also big enough to cover our area which was important. Very happy with SolarCraft and our solar panels and system which are working very well.

We've now had our Solar Panels from Solarcraft installed for 3 years and they've worked flawlessly. I sat on the fence about getting Solar panels for so long but I'm now so glad that I bit the bullet and got them installed. Solarcraft were recommended by a friend and it couldn't have gone any smoother, even though I was then under a deadline to have them installed before Dec 31st. They nailed it. Hats off to Robert Arnold who came out and assessed our home and made it all happen...

I highly recommend SolarCraft and Robert Arnold for their help with our solar installation. They walked us through the project every step of the way and made sure that everything went smoothly. We are loving the extremely low PG&E bills and our battery has kept us going during the many power outages this year.

Solar Craft has installed systems at two of my properties. Recently I built our new family home and Robert Arnold and the team at Solarcraft were a dream to work with. They are experts in the industry with exceptional customer serviced and I would recommend them to anyone considering a solar project for their property.

I selected SolarCraft after learning they had installed solar panels in my community for various public buildings. I also learned about the company through others who used the company and were satisfied with their solar systems. Robert Arnold guided me through the process and made me aware of situations I might encounter and what to expect as the system was installed.

After I received the bids, I contacted Sonoma County Energy and Sustainability Department for additional guidance on SolarCraft’s bid which helped me decide to select Solar Craft to install panels and a battery.

Robert was able to answer all of my questions or refer me to others within the company as the project progressed.

I used their referral program and received $500 for referring a relative to SolarCraft.

I wanted a local company that had been in business for awhile as many companies appear to go out of business. SolarCraft has served the North Bay for many years and I felt comfortable selecting them to install the system.

My experience with Solar Craft is rated Excellent. Robert Arnold from Solarcraft walked me through the our entire solar project that was completed on time and as estimated. I was kept informed throughout the whole process…communication was timely. The work was done in a professional and courteous manner. I highly recommend Solarcraft and Robert Arnold for your solar project. Robert is not gone after the sale and installation . He is available for questions and consultations about our system and external factors affecting the solar industry. Go Solar Craft!

We have used SolarCraft to install first 28 panels, then an additional 12 solar panels over the last three years. Robert Arnold was excellent in helping us make our choices and the SolarCraft installation team made the process very smooth. Overall, a five star experience!

After interviewing several solar installation companies, we were very fortunate to have a meeting with Robert Arnold from SolarCraft. We were looking to provide solar to three of our contiguous properties, with Robert’s knowledge of this process and SolarCrafts team this became a reality. We could not be more pleased with all the staff interactions from beginning to end with this project. Our solar system is functioning at designed output and meeting our expectations and then some. I recommend for those of you that want a seamless professional solar project, SolarCraft would be your choice.
    Many Thanks!

Solarcraft was amazing from start to finish!
We thoroughly enjoyed working with Robert Arnold walking and talking out the whole process of installation. Janelle Azevedo was very instrumental on scheduling and accounting. The installation team was very professional, on time and answered all our questions.

    Thank you so much.

We started our solar process with Robert Arnold at SolarCraft on the recommendations of a couple of different friends that had worked with him. Robert was very quick to respond, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. Even after we signed our agreement and the install occurred, he was there to answer questions on our system. Really a pleasure to work with and we are very pleased with our system.

Solar Craft was recommended to us by our roofing company.
Solar Craft recently replaced our dying conventional, natural gas-driven HVAC with a state of the art high efficiency electric heat pump system. (The term “heat pump” is a misnomer because the system heats AND COOLS living spaces.)
Solar Craft’s name doesn’t indicate that they handle clean energy systems in general.
The new Bosch unit was adapted to our existing ducting and took 2+ days to install in our difficult to access attic space.
It cools and heats our home quietly and I can operate it from the phone app.
All the personnel we’ve dealt with at Solar Craft, which is employee-owned, are knowledgeable, courteous, on time, experienced and responsive.
We recommend that home owners should get educated and shop around in a competitive market, but be certain to talk to Solar Craft about updating their homes to cost-saving and clean energy systems.
