The crew came ready to work hard trimming a couple of our trees that hung over our roof and driveway. They did a great job and the price was very competitive. Super happy with their work; we will call on Alan Tree Service in the future!

I have had Alan out several times over the years to trim trees on my property and even to remove a huge oak that had partially fallen and damaged my house. They always do a great job, they are friendly and work at a fair price. I would highly recommend!

Alan visited to our property three times, no paid contract yet, to assess and advise on our trees.

It wasn’t until the fourth time that we actually did contracted work. And his crew was excellent. Showed up on time, practiced safe arborist standards, and left a clean and tidy workspace. They were removing a large mulberry next to two other critical shade trees. Not a single branch on the other two trees was hurt as they worked in tight quarters.

Going forward, Alan’s crew is the only tree crew I’ll have on our property to care for our specimens.

Alan and his staff have earned my trust in caring for all our trees including heritage trees and new trees. Alan asks questions (doesn’t lecture) and tells what he sees. He understands what work to do as priority and the work that can wait. The office staff is superb. The actual workers doing the work are polite and they ask before leaving if everything is ok.

Alan and his crew were always prompt and thorough. Great clean up afterwards. I've used their services multiple times for both our resort and home. Worked around our guest needs in a timely manner to minimize disruptions.
I certainly plan to use their services for additional tree removal and consultation.

Alan and his team are awesome. They removed several trees for me on one property and trimmed several trees that had grown over the house on another property. They did a great job, were very professional and removed some very large branches that were directly above the house. I highly recommend them.

Alan Quality Tree Care did an exceptional job in removing a 130 foot tall, 3 feet in diameter fir tree that was within inches of the house and had power lines a foot away. Alan is personable and knowledgable and was flexible and accomodating in working with my schedule. I could not have been more pleased with the work the crew did. They were friendly, respectful and efficient. The left the roof and driveway cleaner than when they arrived. I had quotes from 6-8 companies and Alan's pricing was extremmely competitive

Alan and his crew have provided great care for my quarter acre property with mature and new trees for over a decade. I call Alan "the tree whisperer." He is also great with communicating to me what is possible and what are the limitations that will best help the longevity and health of the trees that are in my care. I really appreciate the great service that his company provides.

I manage a 109 space mobile home park in Santa Rosa. Alan and his team come once per year to trim all of the trees. They always do an excellent job and never leave a mess. Alan is very knowledgeable about all things 'trees" and will not be shy about giving suggestions. I completely trust his judgement. His prices are always very competitive as well. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for tree work.

He really does CARE for our trees. He’s not interested in just cutting down trees, but applying his arborist expertise to do what’s best and necessary. They have a lot of equipment and can take on projects that require getting up high in the air

Alan was great to work with. I had a tree removed and my neighbor did one the same day on his property. Alan came to other properties and spent time reviewing the process each tree would require. His communication style is friendly yet professional. By the time he handed me the estimate I felt very comfortable. We got several estimates and Alan’s was competitive and fair for the scope of the job. And we were able to schedule the cutting the same week. Another company, without even hearing what the job was. flat out said they wouldn’t get to the tree for 6 months. This was not acceptable as one 80foot plus tree was dead and leaning towards my bedroom. Alan and his crew were on it. I was amazed at his workers skills and how helpful and polite they were. It was a two day job and they worked from 8am until 4pm the first day and again at 8 until fished the following day. Each day they cleaned up and swept my driveway. I wanted wood chips from my neighbors tree so they delivered, unloaded and even helped me put them where I needed them. This was so amazing as my back was not working well so the option I would have had was to dump them in my drive and hire someone to move later. My yard is clean. Alan’s integrity also impressed me. Good company!

Alan’s Quality Tree Service is an exceptional business! I have used this company in the past for tree removal and pruning. This week I had them remove a very large partially diseased tree which included stump grinding. Alan arrived with his crew of 4 on time and brought with them a professional attitude and quality work. I called Alan for an estimate for a fallen tree on my fence line. Alan was punctual, professional and super knowledgeable. After our meeting, his scheduler Liz was able to fit me on the schedule fairly quickly. On the day of the work, Alan and his crew showed up promptly, worked efficiently and did a fantastic job with all facets of the work. Great service and professionalism. Called after a storm knocked a large section of a tree onto my car and house. Crew did a great job with pulleys and ropes to prevent anymore damage to car and house. Alan sent his crew right away to Bodega Bay to get the job done. Cleaned up after job and left property cleaner than before. Quality equipment and machines to tackle a large tree.
