Empire Tree does great work. The 3 person crew were helpful, followed the direction I gave, and suggested other improvements to help shape our large oak tree and remove mistletoe. The value was outstanding, second time they have helped us in the the past few years, bringing the tree under control without damaging its health. I strongly recommend Lucas and his men.

I first used Empire Tree Experts in October 2024 for the removal of three (3) large redwoods plus stump grinding. Earlier this month, it became necessary to remove a massive cypress tree on family property. Without hesitation, I contacted Lucas. The cypress was a much bigger job, and it was removed a few days ago. I highly recommend this company. On both jobs, I received very fair estimates. The crew is very talented, safe and thorough. The job foremen (Chris) was great to work with. He's polite, professional, and always kept me posted regarding the progress of the jobs. The crew goes out of their way to clean up the job site once the trees are down and stumps are grinded. I will not hesitate to call Empire Tree Experts in the future.

Great crew the work was amazing they even moved my patio furniture away from the work area and put it back when the work was done and the price charged was very reasonable

Empire Tree Experts did a great job removing some trees from our property that were broken in a storm and a few which had grown out of control and been taken over by black berries. These guys worked hard and I was very surprised by what they did in a half day. The price was fair I will definitely call them again.

Excellent, professional and quality tree work. The large crew took the tree down quickly and with professional ease. My stump was ground and the large chunks of wood nicely sat aside to dry for future use. I highly recommend Empire!

Great experience. They came and gave a bid one day after we called. They were here for the work exactly when they said they would be. The head of the crew was really responsive. Trees look great and cleanup was perfect.

We needed to take down 100 year-old Camphor tree that was overwhelming the backyard. These experts with limited access took the tree down in one day with no damage to any other plants or buildings that I had. They used extreme caution and expertise. And Safety was always a number one priority in their endeavor. I would highly recommend Empire Tree service for any of your tree maintaining needs.

We hired Lucas and his crew on two occasions to remove dangerous fir trees close to our cabin. This hillside property has no space for a crane, so both trees had to be expertly cut and dropped in portions. No damage was incurred on our property and the team worked quickly and with no pause even for lunch. It was clear to me that the biggest concern of Lucas was safety…for his team and our cabin. I highly recommend Empire Tree Experts for challenging tree removal jobs.

He has climbed this 500 year Old +
Douglass Fir now to remove dead limbs ( Widow Makers ) for 2 decades now.
He has done amazing work on another property in West Marin County for us as well. Salt of the earth ..great professional completion on every job. Spotless clean up and , always leaves the property spotless. He has a great crew and just cannot elaborate how grateful we are to have him here on projects.

The crew was very careful around yard plants and statuary. They cleaned up nicely before they left the property as well. A great outfit; highly recommended!

Had 2 fir trees ~55 -70 feet tall and on a steep hillside that needed removal before something "bad" happened. They were close enough to slap the house and the hill slope pretty much guaranteed they were going to fall in an undesirable direction some rainy winter.
Lucas came out and gave a reasonable quote. His crew showed up on time on the appointed day and the guys were friendly and polite. They busted their butts getting the trees down and all the debris chipped and they didn't leave a mess behind. They did what I asked for and they did a good job of it and they did it when they said they would and the price was reasonable... I call that a win.
I award them a full compliment of stars and the next time the need arises Empire will be my first call.

Had a difficult job taking out 7 large Redwoods in a confined space between houses. The crews from Empire did the work with no damage or injuries. All the employees were professional and courteous. This was their second job for me and I would recommend them to anyone.

Lucas and his crew did a great job trimming and removing trees that fell during a recent storm. He was professional, worked quickly, and made sure everything was cleaned up afterward. The pricing was very fair for the quality of work provided. I would definitely recommend Lukus to anyone needing tree work done.

Brian and his crew cut down 2 trees, trimmed and cut branches from a huge Oak tree that was touching the roof and hanging down into the neighbors yard. They also trimmed and cleaned up a Palm tree of all its fronds. What an Amazing job. Brian made sure that after each tree he had us look and make sure we were satisfied with the work. We will definitely recommend Empire Trees to put friends and family. We will also use this Company again when we need more work. Brian and his crew were conscientious, thorough, and detail oriented. Great Job!!!!

Trucks with crews showed up early and worked hard to remove old roofs from our house and separate garage. They had 85-90 % of the work done first day. The place was left clean, the roofs and gutters look fantastic and we could not be happier

From the walk through to the waiting for a permit, to the 4 days it took to remove a very large heritage oak, Empire Tree Experts were professional, patient and flexible. Their service exceeds the cost and the cost is affordable and reasonable. I would absolutely use them in the future.
