These guys are the best. I’ve had them out for repairs on both dishwashers and washing machines. They are responsive, affordable, and smart. They’ve often saved me from the misery and expense of shopping for a new appliance, and usually my old one is up and running in less time than it would take to have a new one delivered.

Tom at ABZ is great! Fixed our oven quick and very reasonably priced. Tom is my new go to for appliance issues!

I have used Tom once in the past many years ago and I was very impressed. Since then I've given him many referrals. I recently had a stackable washer dryer go out and he was available the same day and completed the repair.

Tom showed up on time to work on our washing machine. He was polite and courteous. Turned out the washer leak was easily fixed and saved us from buying a new washer. Will definitely use his service again!

Under a home warranty claim, technician arrived at my house to assess why my washer is no longer working. After spending 5 minutes looking at my washer (and not pulling anything apart), he determined that it had previous work done which negated my home warranty. That was great waiting almost 2 weeks to make an appointment, them come to that determination. All the while, I'm handing over $75 on a service charge. Even if the claim was approved, he gave a rough quote of $250 and not even sure if it would be fixed.

Tom is the BEST!!! I have been using ABZ Appliance for over a decade now. He is extremely reliable, knows his business, and is always there for me. He is very professional and always respectable.
