Whoever is cutting wire needs training.

I asked for 3 runs of 95ft of #4 and one 95ft run of #6.

All the cuts were different sizes by 5 to 6ft differences. One of my cuts was 5 to 6 short which was a huge problem after we had already ran them in conduits.

I spoke with the manager on the phone. He was not very sympathetic at all, and then gave me a lecture how industry-standard leaves an additional 20% on wire. I told him my measurement was accurate because I used a 100 foot fish tape and I only needed and 90 feet and gave myself an extra 5 feet on top of that.

Not happy with the customer service as I was told I could come back and get the wire re cut.

I feel like they should have should have offered to deliver the wire at the correct size instead of shorting me.

Anyways, I made it work by splicing the wires in a box.

I'm a local delivery driver and let me tell you the employee Miguel has to be one of the laziest individuals I've ever delivered to. 20 Minutes to offload 1 pallet of merchandise and still has the nerve to show up smoking while driving a propane forklift. I give this location 1 star because I can't give them half a star.

These guys are always honest and they make it happen. Whatever you need, they'll get it, or something equivalent. And their prices are probably the best in town. George is my boy! But they are all great... Miguel, Mondo, Carlos, Lyn, Frank and a couple of the boys in the back... All gr8 people!

Chris came out to help fix some bad wiring in our home. Chris right off the bat was friendly and was able to communicate in layman's terms what was wrong with our wiring. Not only was he able to fix all the issues on his first visit, he gave my wife and I great tips on other electrical issues and how to avoid things breaking in the future (he also had great advice for places to go on vacation). It is such a relief to find an electrician that is timely, professional, nice, and great at communicating! We'll definitely use their services again in the future!
