I never write reviews, but Richard was so amazing that I had too. He was doing our neighbors yearly BackFlow testing across the street. We needed ours done as well and other companies were not getting back to us. My husband asked if he could do ours if he had time. Richard was so kind and professional and did our BackFlow as well. I know many of our neighbors use him and we will definitely be using him in the future! Thank you Richard. 😊

Ahlee is my go to vendor for backflow testing. When there is an issue with repairs, their quotes are reasonable and repairs are done promptly. Don't go anywhere else.

Ahlee Backflow Service installed a new backflow assembly at our commercial property after the original was stolen. Communication with Shar and Teresa was courteous and professional. They answered all my questions in an expeditious manner. The installation is flawless and the equipment is state of the art. We couldn't be happier with the end result. If you required a new backflow assembly, Ahlee is the company to use. I make the highest recommendation without reservation.

Very poor customer service. First I called several times during business hours to get someone to answer the phone. Spoke to someone named Teresa who didn't care that I needed a technician urgently because I had no water and she was not courteous or helpful. Finally got them to agree to get a tech out and no one informed me that someone came or not. I called back and spoke to someone named Julie who said she would have any information for me until tomorrow. So, I am calling the City of San Diego to see if the water can be cut back on while I wait to hear from these guys.

These people were fast, did good work, and were fairly priced. In the restaurant industry that's about all you can ask for.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. The guy was very unprofessional and rude. Walked out mid job due to the faucet set that he was supposed to install “frustrating him” and told me to find somebody else leaving me a bigger problem with a massive hole in the wall. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

George is great at what he does. He's a real expert in plumbing and repipe. I'm extremely happy with the entire project.

Quick service at a great price! Removed and reinstalled water heater, repaired the connection lines and rebuilt the water damaged water heater platform. Highly recommended!
