Servpro of Santee/Lakeside took care of a recent water damage at my residence. They provided meticulously located all the problem areas and administered the appropriate water remediation. Prior to completing the work, they performed a thorough cleaning and informed me that they'll report back to my home insurance adjuster. I highly recommend because they truly provide excellent customer service.

Servpro Santee/Lakeside came for a carpet cleaning on my stairs. It has been a very tough job to get done. The techs came in on time and did a fantastic job. They were professional and extremely polite. I would recommend there services to anyone. Thank you for the work.

Alex and his team were fantastic, VERY communicative and reachable by phone/email during and after the project, and the craftsmanship of all the work was impeccable. They replaced our hardwood floors after water damage as well as some of our walls. We are located in University Heights near Balboa Park and never had any issues with timeliness of contractors arriving on time to complete the work. The other aspect I found unique and wonderful to how ServPro completed their work was the teaching that went on with the managing contractor to those just learning the trade. They were clear in describing both why and how to complete certain aspects of the project to ensure that ServPro continues to only offer the best quality work. I cannot recommend Alex and his team enough for all your restoration needs!

We recently had a flood that required all of our personal belongings to be removed from our house. The first company we called said they could take care of the water damages but would have to being in other business to move all of our things. We contacted Servpro and they were able to handle all of the services themselves. It was a long process but Servpro got us through it. Very thankful for all of Tirrell’s help.

We had an awesome experience with Servpro Santee/ Lakeside when we had a slab leak! We are new homeowners and this was our first experience with any kind of homeowner catastrophe, so having Servpro help us out was great! They were prompt and helped us get our water dried up. They took the time to explain to us how the drying technology worked and assured us that they would make sure everything was to satisfaction prior to removing the drying devices. Servpro definitely lived up to their name. Their service was top-notch. They sent out a team of professionals to look at The aftermath of a leaky hot water heater that was under a kitchen sink. We just laid down new flooring and everything was soaked. Servpro hooked us up with some dryers that worked flawlessly which saved us from having to rip out any walls, floors, etc. Highly recommend this team of professionals at Servpro.

We called the company when I found what I feared was a slab leak. Getting an emergency appointment was super easy and fast. Johnny came out to assess the area and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He confirmed our suspicion and referred us to plumbers that could remedy the issue. I cannot say enough good things about this business. We had a water leak from a unit above our condo when we were out of town. Called Servpro, and Scott and crew were on the spot within two hours. They did excellent remediation work and left the place clean and ready for repairs. They worked well with building management (no mean feat), completed work in a timely manner, and recommended a highly competent contractor to put the condo back in better shape than it was before the leak. I see Servpro trucks around town quite a bit--I'm not the only one who's in on a good thing! It's never good to have a water problem, but if you do, I thoroughly recommend that you call these folks!
