When you call these guys, you get quality. The finishing touches and the job was done perfectly. I could not ask for anything more. Great value of work for great quality. It was great too that I had complete peace of mind throughout the remodeling process. They answered all my questions patiently.

JayJay is an awesome Project Manager. He's really on top of things and has reduced the stress of a remodel. If you're doing a remodel Baron Construction is one of the best.

They don't just do a project for you - they really understand your style, taste, down to your favorite colors and materials to use. These guys are design experts - EXPERTS!!! They did my bedroom very tastefully and kept the entire house clean during the process. I never thought my 1940s built home can look brand new.

The project mgr and workers worked long hours to get the job done in a timely manner. We are very pleased with the results. Our bathroom feels like a high end luxury hotel. Best re-modelers in the Bay Area! They are extremely trustworthy, no hidden costs and are patient in answering any questions. I showed them a picture of my dream kitchen and everything exceeded my expectations - the finish seems very good, the lighting is perfect and the paint is amazing! They know their design stuff. We had Barron do a complicated addition and remodel that added a bathroom and expanded the footprint of the house. Not the cheapest, but very professional, flexible, and commmunicative throughout the project. Friends of ours with similar or even smaller projects complain about their contractors taking much longer than promised and being ghosted for days by their project managers — not the case with Barron.

The project was done on time and within the quoted budget, despite several unexpected complications along the way (our house is very old, which complicated things).

We did run into a few problems along the way, but our project manager Leeran was very responsive and got things fixed or re-done quickly. I can't say enough how pleasantly surprised we were.

The addition is beautiful and the house is much more functional and enjoyable than before.

My wife and I needed one of our bedrooms completely re-built (flooring, ceiling, walls, insulation, painting) AND we wanted to completely renovate the attached bathroom. For starters, I will admit I am extremely particular. I scheduled consultation appointments with 5 contractors, all of which had great reviews on Yelp and other sites. From prior personal experience and friends' experiences with contractors, their reputation on the street is not that great (poor communication, lack of timeliness, etc). After all the consultations, I decided to go with Baron Construction. For the record, they were not the cheapest, but their offer was fair and I felt good about our project manager, Leeran Shlomo. Our project is now complete and I have to say I feel very good about selecting Baron Construction and Leeran Shlomo. Leeran proved to be anything other than the contractor stereotypes I mentioned above. He was personable, friendly, a GREAT communicator, and he made himself available almost anytime (even before 8 am and up until 10 pm at night sometimes). His customer service was superb. I would highly recommend Baron Construction and this is almost directly attributable to our experience with Leeran Shlomo. The project manager can make your life really smooth or miserable. Leeran managed our project extremely well and kept us updated almost daily. If you can select Leeran, I would highly, highly recommend him! He's awesome!

They made a lot of noise and didn't respect the construction hours in Sunnyvale. When calling, they also set aside my phone (I called using another phone as well) They try their best to erase all bad reviews. My reviews in yelp also got removed. They are bad and bad.

My project was a comprehensive home remodel. We've been in the home for about 6 weeks and loving our experience. Our designer had a vision and made excellent choices for our home. The selections were sophisticated and beautiful. It was extremely important to get balanced advice from the design perspective and the build perspective. Having both of them on the same team made the process a lot more efficient.

We've heard many horror stories about delays, mismanagement, budget nightmares, etc. when it comes to a major renovation. It's inevitable that there will be bumps along the way given the size of the project, what's most important is how the company handles communication and issue resolution. If it wasn't for Leeran handling these challenges, I'm not sure if I would have been able to survive this remodel.

We're also happy to report that our project was completed in great time without compromising quality. We're still in awe at rhythm that this team operated under. Leeran operates at the caliber of a PM at a big tech. Even now, post-completion, we communicate about the minor items around the home, and the interaction and service has been consistently productive and stress-free.

We absolutely love Renovate Max. After meeting with multiple contractors to remodel our entire home and we added 1500 SF to it, Ali was a breath of fresh air. He wasn't pushy like most other contractors. Instead, he was polite, knowledgeable, trustworthy and professional. This project was our first re-model (pretty massive for first remodel) and we didn't know anything about the process. Ali guided us through everything from start to finish. They built us all custom cabinets He was patient and supportive, always offering his perspective and advice and helping us make color and style decisions. He, Michelle (our head designer), and the rest of their team were all a pleasure to work with. They were hardworking, polite, knowledgeable, paid attention to every detail, and showed true pride in their work. Pari checked in with us every day, either by phone call or by email. The crew cleaned up at the end of each day. The team was so efficient that, despite us adding a few additional projects along the way, they finished the project ahead of schedule. And, we are extremely happy with our new home. It is more beautiful than we could have imagined and we are so thankful to Renovate Max team. We have already recommended Ali to family and friends and are looking forward to having him redo our rental home in the near future.

I had a major renovation recently that Renovate Max team has carried out 100%. It included taking out the chimney and load bearing wall, adding a skylight and kitchen renovation. This is why I recommend Renovate Max:
1- When they visited my house, they provided a very detailed work plan including suggestions. I have seen contractors who give you a work list but along the way add up work but in my experience, we knew what could have happen in advance, no surprises.
2- they told us a date in advance to start the project and to my surprise their employees were at the door 7:45 am that day and they finish the job within the estimated range they provided.
3- the employees are real employees of the company for years and were always on time and very respectful to my family privacy.
4-They did A to Z of the job including electrical and plumbing
5- I asked them to do more work like adding skylight and they provided a reasonable price and did a great job.
