Tony was very responsive to my texts and provided his services on short notice (less than 48 hours). He did the tile and grout cleaning for my shower, and I’m so grateful it now looks brand new! I needed to wait for the shower to completely dry before Tony could service it. Then, I had to wait 24 hours after cleaning before I could use the shower again.

After making an appointment by phone for a specific time frame later in the day, no one from this company showed up or called to cancel appointment. This does not bode well for reliability or quality of services.

Great service these guys know hard surface restoration. They cleaned our office tile and grout we have been in this building 10 years and they brought the tile grout back to original thank you VIP

I called this place because I received a coupon in the mail. I trusted them and did not even check their reviews, the ad looked to good to be true. I called them and they were able to come the same day but they gave me the time frame of 11:30 am to 1:00pm, and they arrived at 3:30pm, which I was already upset about that. I called and spoke to Jason and he said that they would try to give me a discount, which they didn't. Tony came to my house with another guy be the name of David. I asked for a discount as they were so late getting to my house and Tony said that I was already getting a discount as I had the coupon . I noticed that when they were cleaning they had the brush grout cleaner but they never used it. I did see that Tony scrubbed an area with a brush, but only one area.( where there it had a bigger stain) . I never saw them use the grout brush machine and they only used the high pressure machine and charged me $359.00 dollars for grout cleaning when they didn't use the grout brush machine. Keep in mind the machine was just sitting there. . I am not an expert on floors but i am not stupid.....I called today and spoke with Jason and he said that he would have Tony call me to explain what he did. Well Tony did not call me but send me a nasty text message and after I told him that his text message was unprofessional , he got mad and sent me another nasty text message. Do not use this company for anything. They only rip you off and then have the nerve to send nasty text messages, after I tipped him $30.00 dollars. I am going to report this company to the BB and channel 7. Horrible experience., will never call them again... never.....

Called vip tile to have our marble floors and travertine cleaned honed and polished. 20 years of abuse. We thought they had to be replaced but ViP suggested we have a certified tech come assess and suggest recommendations. We made an appointment and the techs arrived on time went over all my options overall took 3 days to complete my marble and travertine look brand new highly recommend these guys. Very professional and experienced guys. They removed dull spots stains etch marks and scratches. They are capable of pretty much anything tile and stone related and hard surface related

VIP is beyond amazing ! My normal house cleaning maids ruined my floors with years of mopping my travertine with mop n glow it had years of gunk and layers of wax. After many failed attempts Tony recommended we let them give it a shot one day while they were cleaning our carpets. me and my husband were sceptical fue to prior failed attempts but sure enough one sample with a experienced pro and we were sold ! Hired them to clean and polish our marble floors and island countertops. After searching the internet for someone qualified these guys were the most confident and skilled based on my research.

They sent out 2 guys Tony and David very professional well groomed and friendly gentlemen. Their work equipment and truck was professional and looked expensive. The total job took 2 days. Day 1 they masked and taped everything off and cleaned marble and grout. Day 2 they honed and removed scratches and etch marks then polished to a high shine. After that the sealed the floors to protect them.

We have very expensive cabinets and our home is custom built these guys work very clean and are always cautious of their surroundings thanks again

Hired them to clean and polish our marble floors Tony and David came in and delivered! They know everything about stone and are very professional. They are very honest and saved us a lot of money. The floors had lost the shine and luster after years of abuse. When they were done it was like new. Most people that came for estimates didn’t sound confident like these guys and price was less than other outfits. We weren’t looking for the cheapest but the overall experience was amazing thank you

I hired this outfit to fix major damage to my marble floors and counters that my house cleaners caused by using the wrong products on my floors. Tony and David came to our home assessed the damages and assured us they can fix the problems. They were cheaper than other outfits by about 15-30 % and it took them 2 full days to complete the scope of work. Very professional guys. They were very clean working took extra caution with our home. Definitely recommend these guys for your tile grout and stone needs

I really appreciated the professionalism of this company, the flexibility (willingness to let customer pick and choose the services they want), and the fact that there was no pressure. Customer service was also excellent. They did a great job on my bathroom floors and the tile around my guest bathroom tub. Price was in line with other companies I got quotes from (one was cheaper but also didn’t seem as professional).

Great service start to finish. The techs are very kind and helpful. I had to reschedule a few times and they were very patient and accommodating finally when they came out for service they were prompt and professional. I had my tile floors, kitchen counters, and showers all cleaned, sealed and polished. VIP tile and grout was the most responsive and helpful of all companies we contacted they have great knowledge when it comes to restoring natural stone floors. They cleaned, polished and sealed all our floors. Pricing was in line with other companies and service was impecable.
